broner said he wants to be the first fighter to make a billion from fighting, so he will have to fight all the big names he can to get anywhere near that goal . hes already doing crazy songs touring dancing like a girl on stage lol

I don't think it will happen. Top Rank and Golden Boy have not matched their top money makers into each other in years so why would that suddenly change? Pacquiao will continue to fight Top Rank fighters and Broner will continue to fight Golden Boy fighters and that's just the way it is. Top Rank and Golden Boy don't do business with each other and they surely won't do business with each other involving their biggest stars.
