So I just finished watching episode 1 of All Access, and up to the sparring session he said the only way they stop is if someone calls it quits.
After 21 minutes, the opponent appears to still be willing but then Mayweather said something like I dont want to hurt my hands for this.
Did he call a quit to the sparring session?
The most likely explanation imo is Floyd/Floyd's camp were talking :bsflag: when talking about we go until someone quits. This is simply because Floyd is too smart to risk injury or throw off his training by sparring some guy. For the record, I'm not a pro boxer or trainer but im relatively sure that his training and conditioning/diet is closely planned and monitered. For example, if he was planned to spar 10rds in one day and because of the whole "we spar until someone quits" ethos he spars 20rds, that extra exertion will likely have an impact the rest of the training day and possibly beyond. I've heard multiple times from trainer (on tv) that peaking an athlete's training/conditioning is essential for success. Not to mention that the risk of injury probably increase as rds sparred in a particular session increases.
Its practice.
Even rhough floyd didnt go hard(understandably)
Gotta give the pedestrian newbie big ups for being able to go 21 minutes straight with the p4p picasso.
I know this much. If Floyd has "lost" or "quit" and had been making excuses for it, there would have never been a hint of it that made the video for All Access.
At the end of the scene, before he pulled out of the lot, he told Floyd "I got a lot of heart though"....I think that's enough to know who got the better of who.
he could have ended floyd but he has a heart and let him live.
Mayweather lost a sparring session now? :lol1: come on yall better than this
mayweather got tuned up vs spadafora. sparring is real. floyd's fights are fixed. he sucks.
It did seem as though Floyd was making excuses, and his friend was quick to say who got what part of what stick. As previously they showed one of floyd's sparring partners bloody and beaten. And nor Floyd, or his friend had to explain anything, just the narrator saying stuff.
they squirted him with ketchup. they never actually showed the session of course.
whats your obesseion with sparring? remember when that footage got leaked of money get tagged a little bit? and people went cray? yall reaching. give it upYou're the one acting like top fighters can't lose a sparring match. Well guess what, it is a fact that Mayweather has in the past and it is well documented. I didn't say he lost this one I said if he did, it wouldn't be the first. So you're the one reaching.
J'Leon Love
Just a point of interest: Anyone else notice that J'Leon now sports what appears to be a permanent scar under his right eye over the cheekbone. I don't think he used to have that before he joined TMT, or if he did it was much less prominent. Not sure when it happened.
Mayweather lost a sparring session now? :lol1: come on yall better than thisIt's just sparring and it wouldn't be the first time Floyd lost a sparring match so you need to come up with something better.
Damn man, this is why this is the first time Ive posted in like 6 monhts or something, people jumping down your throat trying to start a discussion. Aight Im out again.

Exactly, people getting all butthurt about it.
So he quit.... I just wanted to make sure I wasnt imagining it. Its understandable. I wouldnt try to take the guy out either if it risked me losing out on 50mil in a few weeks.
