I can't copy and paste, but it's in the link. Given they were so close to making the fight for last month, I'm wondering if they could make it for September 21st.
And that's the problem, Wilder needs to step it up but not like this.
Chisora is way to much of a step up right now.
This is the same reason so many other prospects have been knocked off.
I hope Goldenboy knows better. 1234...8 9 10 WTF :nono:
if chisora had more power it would be more risky but I think chisora is a perfect step up at this time for wilder. he should be able to give him some rounds
Compared to Wilder's past competition, Chisora is prime George Foreman and Muhammad Ali

Chisora sucks.
Plus he doesn't have the balls to come to the United States even though the Americans have the balls to cross the Atlantic.
Euro heavyweights are gutless homebodies.
And American HWs are overweight, one-dimensional bums. What's your point?
Chisora sucks.

....'kin hell.
One hell of a fight!! You know chisora wont just go down with the first clean shot wilder will hit him with! Thats exactly what wilder needs! a real test!
Chisora sucks.

Don't you ever get tired of your Yank versus the rest of the world bollocks?
Chisora sucks.

chisora's a descent fighter and is a big step up from the bums wilder has been fighting
He's probably the heavyweight in the division that's fought the best fighters since 2010. He's got the balls to fight anyone.
Chisora sucks.

Bring him onnnnn!
If this happens it'll be the first time I've ever go to see Chisora as a fan!
But if Wilder wins, he goes up a hell of a lot in my estimations!
That's the thing. Scott is a better boxer than Wilder by far, and Chisora was getting to him. Wilder def has that power, but Chisora is no sitting duck like Audley and Liakhovic.
You reckon? I think people will say Chisora was just a bum and Wilder still hasn't stepped up. Completely dismissing that Chisora has given everyone on his resume a very very hard nights work.
if wilder demolishes chisora it would be a big feather in his cap and he should get respect for it. this is a good step up for wilder. chisora isnt a big puncher but hes tough and should be able to give wilder some rounds that he desperately needs. I hope to god this fight can happen
No, it's way past due. Wilder needs to step up against a live opponent and Chisora's just the right guy. What's the worst thing that happens? He loses? big deal.
There's too much focus these days on preserving fighters' "zeros." Some of the best fighters in today's game have multiple losses. It's a setback but a learning experience and usually benefits the fighter in the long term
Waaay too much. I'd take a guy like Chisora who fights anyone and sometimes comes up short, then a cherrypicker all day long.
too soon.
not so much chisora, but if wilder beats him which i think he would the demand for bigger fights would be there and hes not ready for that. hes still very rough around the edges and needs more time to improve.
I kind of agree. If he wins then he'll probably be fast tracked to a Klitschko beating. But there are still options out there for him, fights with the likes of Fury (either), Povetkin, Wach, Thompson, Pianeta etc are all out there. He definitely needs to up his level of competition and start fighting some durable heavyweights who have been around the block at world level or thereabouts.

to be fair i think most of wilders recent opponents came to win, you can certainly say wilder hasnt fought good opposition but that doesnt mean they came to lie down.
His opponents has been there for showcase reasons; I mean with his lack of boxing exp you can expect that. Chisora would get in there to knock his head off which right now it is going to be what he needs to show he's not the next Seth Mitchell.
