What does this mean for Main Events?

I would like main events to rise again. The more players in the promoting biz means for better fights.

Main Events has a solid stable of fighters. Karl Dargan should be one to look for in the future.

I'm pretty sure Adamek - Arreola was on HBO Ahh okay, that was the last time though right? I remember the last few were on NBC

Stevens been on HBO once, don't remember which fights were on HBO for Adamek if any. Duva can probably muscle in Stevens somewhere since HBO likes KO's and he's good at producing it against the right opponents. I'm pretty sure Adamek - Arreola was on HBO

doesn't mean anything really. he's their only good fighter. maybe they can worm their way into getting their bums like stevens or adamek into tv slots but they will be quickly destroyed. it's the same with sergio and dibella. no one takes dibella seriously. Good news for Main Events, & think that are well placed along with Banner promotions to be pretty major players, due in large part by the Top Rank/Golden Boy cold war. Think a lot of Eastern European fighters will now look to sign with these guys along with Gary Shaw (Provodnikov put Banner on the map), as well as guys who don't want to get caught up in the 'cold war' bullsh*t & just want to fight. In my opinion, good for boxing, & good for the fans. Always good when we have more than just two options. Duva did good with getting Kovalev... but I have a feeling that the big names from the Ams will look to sign with GBP or Top Rank if they go looking for them. Also has to compete with K2 if the European fighter wants to develop in Europe. Duva could get some luck though finding a Diamond in the rough, and lucky for her she has NBC sports to build fights. Unfortunately, the don't have as many fights a year as Showtime or HBO
