Is it really worth debating, either that right hook was more damaging than it looked or Barker gave up on himself. The fact that what I saw coincided with a lot of the comments that were made on here, I'm inclined to believe he gave up on himself. Barker put forth a very good effort, gave a really good account of himself but Martinez never stopped pouring it on, and he gave in. I could be wrong, but again...it didn't look like that hard of a punch and it was half blocked :dunno:

At the time I thought Barker quit because it didn't look like a KO punch, but I guess the ear injury must have just hurt him too much for him to get up and get hit some more. Inner ear can be seriously painful.
