I don't see how it makes sense for him to do it. I also never check ratings, so maybe if it makes a lot of money.
I think it did pretty good ratings since it was Japan's first unification fight.
Ioka getting some buzz around him. Think he'll move up to challenge Yaegashi again?

It's a great time to be a fan. There is so much talent in Japan and we're finally at a point where everyone has the opportunity to watch it.

That was a quality defense . Japanese fighter dominates and defend his title against a quality opponent he still considered a paper champion but if an American fighter or fighter from the Americas defended his title against this guy or anyone he would be praised this crap has been going on for too long This is a golden age in Japanese sports and are fighters will get the recognition they deserve .

YEEESSSS Yaegashi knocked that cunt down I he kinda has to since this guy was pretrnding to be low blowed the whole fight and which lead to Yaegashi getting 1 point penalized that round.
Yaegashi looks to be in control. Did I miss the Hasegawa fight?
It was on a non-televised portion, but yeah Hasegawa made extremely quick work of Camargo
It had pro wrestling, Judo, Karate, Kickboxing, a ton of fighting stuff like demonstrations and new gear coming out, and then they topped it off with an MMA card. It was pretty ridiculous.
That's bang for your buck
Jesus christ....18 hour?
I'd be one of the people showing up late... and that's 4 hours before the main.
By 18 hour do you mean of fights or just build up for the start of the event?

Yeah, New Years shows are a completely different animal. New Years is a big deal in Japan and events will get more TV time. Sengoku (The defunct MMA promotion) did an 18 hour program.
