Martinez has already stated he is never giving Murray a rematch because he fights dirty, so no. Golovkin is Murrays biggest pay day currently, so not sure why it's a bad career move, but ok. I guess it's because he would lose? lol
In regards to opinions you do exactly the same rofl, you claim "nobody is ducking GGG" (no evidence whatsoever), I then give you a long list of history (including facts), and then you turn it into ok but it was only some European fighters, lol.

You equate not fighting and ducking, I don't. You, nor many posters, were claiming GGG was the most ducked fighter when he was fighting exclusively overseas. Very few knew much about his pro career or saw him fight.
Whenever a fighter you like can't get the fight he wants-you call it ducking. If someone logged on aposted Manny is ducking Broner or GGG is ducking Mora, you'd call them all kinds of names. But they would be doing the exact same thing you are doing.

I didn't post fighting GGG was a bad career move. How much would murray make fighting the Gaele/Barker winner in England? Is it more or less than GGG in NYC?
My point still stands-if GGG can request the fights that are the best for his career other fighters have the right to do the same for their career. Its not ducking just because you were called out or offered a fight.
GGG is a very good fighter, great amatuer background and power. But posters keep making threads about fighting floyd and canelo rather than Ward or Froch or Segrio etc, which are far more likely given the politics (something you already cited).
GGG has the skill and power to be one of the best p4p fighters in the world. He will give anyone a good fight. But IMO right now he isn't the boogieman that other MW's are running from.
One payday is not a career.
I didn't post he was too green nor did I say I agree with Hatton. I am not implying either-you are interpreting it negatively the same way you did my other post. I don't know your motivations for doing so.
Body language and interpreting his/promoter tweets. this is what I mean about opinions vs fact.
GGG is all those things-what he isn't is the lineal MW champ or the best MW in the world. If Murray and his team wish to take a fight to position him for a sergio rematch there is nothing wrong with that and that does not mean they are ducking GGG.
I get why GGG wants the fight-a win gets him that much closer to Sergio and he can laim he beat the guy who arguably beat sergio. But EVERYONE in the division wants that spot.
Like it or not GGG is not the division standard because HBO threw sergio under the bus. GGG is on the 2nd tier with Quillin-both are champions who have a couple of good wins. GGG is just hotter because he is on HBO and he has won by highlight reel KO.
if not fighting means ducking and some clown posts GGG is ducking Mora, I hope you don't flip and disagree with them because they are using the about same level of logic and reasoning you are.

Golovkin is Murrays biggest payday and was offered more than he got for facing Martinez.
Murray has faced Martinez and arguably won, how can he be too green for Golovkin? You're essentially saying he deserves to have a bias decision in his favor as opposed to fighting in the US, implying GGG has any intention of winning a points victory or has EVER had a gift decision or bogus scorecards in the US.
Murray is not coming off an injury, not coming off a devastating loss, he's arguably coming off a fight that is the best of his career, considering many saw him win or coming close to it, while making Martinez look bad. Everything from Murrays body language after Macklin got KO'd to his comments on twitter and his promoters just obviously lead towards them not wanting the fight, even though GGG is a reputable name with a great record, great following and will pay you MORE than the Martinez gave you.

Murray has no fights in the US. The 2x he's fought outside of England he got a questionable draw and a loss. If he and his team decide its not in their best interest to not come to NYC to fight GGG in November and opt for a fight in England to get a win, no its not ducking.
Lets say GGG opts to fights Murray next. Mora called GGG out. Is that was ducking too? Of course not. HBO doesn't want GGG in with an awkward clown that could result in GGG looking less than what he's being marketed as. GGG would take that into consideration when making his next fight. Thats a sound business decision.
Or am I wrong?

Very hard to say. At the moment GGG is finding real difficult to make the kinda fights that will enhance his career - but then every other top 10-15 fighter has dates lined up or, like Murray and Martinez a completely solid reason why the fight can't be made (Visa and Injury, respectively). If someone has already got a scheduled fight, to me, they can't be accused of ducking.
Recent news suggests Murrays visa issues may be sorted out, but even then, I perfectly accept Ricky Hattons position that GGG is a step too far for Murray at the moment. Is that ducking?
Edit: Damn, completely failed to give a response to the actual thread.
Anyways - yeah, before too long Alvarez is gonna have to make the switch up to MW - by the time he does it hard to see past Gena being the no.1 there. So yeah, unless either fighter suddenly disappears, a fight is probable at some point.
When (if) it happens, GGG wins by stoppage.

you are heavy on name calling and personal opinions but light on facts.
I asked because GGG called floyd out-ironically from behind the same fence.
If GGG was avoided by european fighters so be it. He's been in the US less than a year. He isn't being ducked.

I don't see that fight happening, but I hope it does. I see GGG as a bigger, taller fighter, a guy who would be more likely to match up with Andre Ward at 168 than Canelo at 160.
Canelo could definitely move up no problem, but I think his camp will wisely avoid that match-up.
I believe GGG would stop him, but I don't necessarily see that as a big deal at this point. Golovkin is a bigger, stronger fighter, and the match-up would be outside the spirit of weight classes.
We have weight classes so fighters can be evenly matched (for the most part) and Golovkin/Alvarez is just not in the spirit of that.
It's like Delahoya/Hopkins in my opinion. It's a fight that should never happen. Not to say that I wouldn't watch. :-)
I'm light on the facts? Yet you quoted my giant list of essentially some of the history of fighters who have avoided him? Laughable.
The fact you say he's been in the US for less than a year doesn't mean he hasn't been avoided while he has not been fighting in the US. Your statement pointless, you're saying that GGG's career only started once he went to USA, like he was a worthless fighter beforehand who had no right to challenge champions, which is very ignorant.
I can see via your words you haven't looked into Golovkin much or his history, but enjoy questioning anyone who has.
no i'm not saying that about GGG at all. if you see it that way so be it.
Fighters make financial decisions. GGG is one of those fighters. He is calling out floyd and sergio, offering Murray a fight and not discussing Mora (who also called him out) because HBO is investing in him and it is better for him to fight big names (to enhance his brand) or fights where he looks good. Cool I get that.
Other fighters are entitled to do the same thing and if they do it doesn't equate to ducking. If it does to you than it suggests you see professional boxing in the same vein you do amatuer boxing. I don't.
he was offered the golovkin fight after the martinez fight, dude. it's his biggest payday now that martinez has an injury.
golovkin was already geale's mandatory and he turned the fight down and dropped the title.
I don't know that it is but assuming it is, does he have to take it just because it was offered?
I can completely respect the point about Gaele, but Gael appears to be positioning himself for a GGG fight. By delaying and winning titles, he makes the fight more lucrative for himself. I don't think thats ducking.
you are heavy on name calling and personal opinions but light on facts.

I can understand why hatton/duva want their fighters not to fight a powerhouse who is positioned as HBO's house fighter at MW.
But its something totally different to say GGG is avoided by Murray when murray fougt for the Lineal MW championship against the best MW in the world. Gaele clearly is poitioning himself to fight GGG should he beat Barker.
GGG is hot and has HBO's backing. But he's been in the US less than a year so the ducking stuff seems a bit of a stretch.

Notice how you dodge everything else and pump straight on to Floyd? You are obsessed and pathetic.
- Mundine: purse bid for WBA title held, Mundine ran to JMM (when he was not that old as today)
- Sturm: was upgraded to "super champion" in order to avoid a fight with his mandatory (had to pay a huge sum to avoid the guy and hadn't even got 2 belts rofl)
- N'Dam: never wanted any part of Golovkin as "interim champion"
- Geale: gave up his WBA title to avoid Golovkin
- Pirog: agreed to fight him, backed out because of an injury then gave up his title for the Golovkin fight
- Quillin: bull**** excuses (no household name blabla) - looks like he is ducking him, says he's too dangerous
- Martinez: see Quilinn - Also promote states Martinez won't be fighting that 'beast' as his first fight back (fair enough), but will GGG get the fight soon after? Of Course not
- Murray - Avoiding GGG like the plague, whether that's him or his promotion doing it is a different story, but they HAVE recieved an offer, so Murray is lieing or playing stupid, as I'm sure he has saw Hattons recent comments. Hatton is essentially saying he's protecting Murray meanwhile Murray is playing 'dumb'.
Let me guess, GGG isn't avoided doe? Dumb ass...

no, ricky hatton, murray's promotor.
i'm talking about hatton's refusal of a golovkin fight after the martinez fight.
you're clearly biased, man. golovkin is the best MW in the world very clearly. martinez is the champion, and golovkin can't be considered the champion until he beats him, but golovkin is the division's best fighter. people are blatantly avoiding him.

murray fought the best MW in the world. that doesn't equate to avoiding th 2nd or 3rd best. Matthew Hatton?
Martinez is out injured until 2014 and we can all see why he fought Murray in argentina.
I mean just because fighters took more lucraive options against fighters with as good or better resumes doesn't make ggg avoided IMO.
no, ricky hatton, murray's promotor.

that was before the HBO vs Showtime. He is like a dog barking behind a fence, except that fence is Showtime.
did you say that when ggg mentioned floyd? is ggg the same dog?
GGG's 1st fight in the US was Sept 2012 whand you claim there is a long list of fighters who have avoided him. SO who is ducking GGG?

quillin is on record saying he won't fight golovkin for the money. murray / hatton turned down the golovkin fight. geale dropped a world title belt to avoid golovkin.
lou dibella gets pissed off when somebody brings up golovkin, and lou is usually a candid, straight shooting guy.
golovkin is very obviously an avoided fighter.
murray fought the best MW in the world. that doesn't equate to avoiding th 2nd or 3rd best. Matthew Hatton?

Quillin has a video of himself saying Golovkin is too dangerous for the money he brings in so he won't be fighting him, and that was before the HBO vs Showtime. He is like a dog barking behind a fence, except that fence is Showtime.
Stevens called him out, and guess what, there is twitter posts by sources stating Stevens team are reluctant to take the fight with GGG and causing trouble with negotiations.
The fact you state no one is ducking GGG shows to your credibility. You aren't even worth arguing with, you're beyond retarded sometimes, the list of fighters that have avoided GGG over the years are huge, but you're too dumb to listen.
that was before the HBO vs Showtime. He is like a dog barking behind a fence, except that fence is Showtime.
