Mayweather/Canelo
Pac/Rios
Marquez/Bradley
Garcia/Lucas
Which fight will be the best and which will disappoint? Id put my money on Garcia/Lucas. It may be over very soon.
In terms of desire to watch
1. Pacquiao-Rios
2. Matthysse-Garcia
3. Marquez-Bradley
4. Floyd-Canelo
In terms of importance/prestige
1. Pacquiao-Rios (ushering a whole new era on boxing on the most populated country on earth and the casino/gambling capitol of the world)
2. Marquez-Bradley (two top 10 P4P fighters)
3. Matthysse-Garcia (whos the best at 140, knockout artist)
4. Floyd-Canelo (catchweight, and if this fight bombs than its over for SHO boxing which is bad for everyone)
Mayweather - Canelo will be the 'biggest' in terms of hype and probably importance. Its potentially Mayweather's toughest fight in years.
Garcia - Matthysse is the one I'm most looking forward to personally. It should be exciting and sort out who the top dog is at the very competitive 140lb weight class.
Marquez - Bradley may be the closest and/or most evenly matched, with a high skill level.
Pacquaio - Rios will be exciting to watch but its importance lies in telling us where Pacquaio is after JMM 4, or if he has much left in the tank.
4 good fights, 2013 has been a good year for boxing.
I will sit back and enjoy all 4,no need to put them in order
This right here!
I did put them in a particular order just so the fanboys could throw a tantrum doe...
I don't know why people think Matthysse-Garcia will be an all-out action packed fight, it will be over in one round!
Seriously though, I can't pick favorites, I will enjoy them all. Matthysse-Garcia and Pac-Rios for the action, May-Canelo and JMM-Bradley for appreciation of the sweet science. Awesome slate of fights.
Mayweather/Canelo
Pac/Rios
Marquez/Bradley
Garcia/Lucas

(In order)
Garcia/Mattysse
Marquez/Bradley
Floyd/Canelo
And least important Pacman/Rios, although gonna be exciting as hell.
Entertainment wise I think they'll be like so ...
Lucas/Garcia
Pac/Rios
Mayweather/Canelo
Bradley/JMM
and without looking at the other responses I'd say the top two are probably the consensus though I did wonder about the bottom two and wouldn't be surprised if bradley JMM turned out to be a great one but put floyd v canelo higher as I'm hoping more than thinking it will be entertaining lol
As far as rating these only based on excitement I'd say
Lucas v Garcia- this one has actual implications to the division, and is one a lot of us have wanted for a while now. Both punchers, and odds are one of them is going to sleep (Garcia IMO) but it will be tense and exciting while it lasts just knowing it could well end at any second.
Manny v Rios- I don't expect this to be even as competitive as Margarito vs Pacman was, but it will be a brutal display of fighting by these two in what will likely be a really cool atmosphere. Plus, I'll be happy to see Rios get knocked out.
Floyd v Canelo- This will be a huge event, and Floyd struggles every time he fights much bigger men (well, struggles for him anyway, meaning he actually loses some rounds) and I think there will be some surprises here. The timing of this fight seems awfully strange to me considering how many fights Floyd has left on his contract...but if all is on the up and up I expect Floyd by ud.
Marquez v Bradley- I fully expect this fight to be a stinker. Bradley can win this fight going away but he has to fight an ugly, ugly fight to do it. He isn't going to war with Marquez because he would lose. Timmy can't crack an egg with his best shot and he is going to have learned some lessons from the beating he took trying to be exciting in his last bout. I expect (sadly as a huge Marquez fan) to hear a post fight interview from Marquez basically complaining that Bradley fought dirt and didn't want to engage him. Bradley by ugly ud in a fight I'm looking forward to far less than most people because of how slow Marquez looked against Manny, and because of how Tim will have to fight if he plans on winning.
Which will be the best to watch
1. lucas-danny
2. jmm-bradley
3. manny-rios
4. floyd- canelo
in terms of meaningfulness
1. floyd-canelo
2. jmm-bradley
3 lucas-danny
4. manny-rios
I mean how good the fight will be to watch.
Marquez/Bradley will definitely be the best fight to watch IMO. People may think Bradley will run, but that's not who he is. Both these guys react to getting hit by throwing. It will be fun as hell.
I do agree, but I think if it's not a chess match it heavily favors JMM. So excitement may go up, but the evenness of the match imo goes down. Depends how Bradley decides he wants to fight. I think if Bradley fights smart he can win, if he comes forward it'll be fairly easy for JMM. Just my opinion though.
What do you mean quality? Trying to see how you got those rankings.
In terms of excitment I'd go...
Lucas/Garcia
Pac/Rios
Mayweather/Canelo
Bradley/JMM
In terms of meaning and even level fight
Bradley/JMM
Mayweather/Canelo
Matthysee/Garcia
Pac/Rios.
