TYSON FURY has vowed to KO David Haye’s hopes of another world title bid – by punching him into retirement.
The two heavyweights meet at the Manchester Arena on September 28 and Haye says victory will earn him a crack at a world belt.
He has set his sights on meeting either Wladimir or Vitali Klitschko, who hold all five world titles.
Haye, 32, said: “After I’ve won this fight, I’ll be looking to get a world title shot with Vitali or Wladimir Klitschko, and that’s why I’m taking this fight. Click Here To Read More]
Fury can bring some problems for haye
I believe the only problem Haye will have is deciding what side to step to when Fury is out cold and falling to the canvas.
I got this as a 50/50 fight right now. Haye has got good power at heavyweight but when I think about the outcome, it all boils down to what Tyson Fury does. If Fury fights reckless, Haye by KO. If Fury fights like a big man, Fury by Decision. If Fury kills a hooker the night before, Haye by decision. Etc.. I am disappointed that Haye hasn't brought his mouth with him and is relying on Fury to bring all the theatrics but there is still over a month left and Haye is probably pacing himself. Or maybe Haye learned after the Klitschko fight that its better to win than to be entertaining. Either way, the winner should get a shot a Wlad Klitschko or at least fight Bermane Stiverne for the belt they will eventually strip from Vitali.
Haye better not underestimate Tyson.
If, somehow, Tyson beats him, it's goodbye HW boxing.
Yeah, I remember think that before the Harrison fight. If Hayes looks this, its a long road, which I don't think Hayes is interested in :boxing:
