I really cannot see Devon winning, the guy lost fights to Matth and even Kotelnic beat him, he was lucky that being an Al Haymon guy at the time, he got the decisions
He is also feather fisted, I am certain Devon "It Buuuuuuuuuuuuurns" Alexander will be beaten to a pulp, he is B class fighter at best when he is on his best ever form. Everything bar a chin, Khan is far better at than Devon who has been living off Al Haymon gifts and lucky uppercut over one guy for years
But, that is just my opinion, what is yours? vote folks:fing02:
I think Alexander Bullies Khan inside, Khan sucks at fighting inside.
Khan starts off fast as usually and land some good combos early then he starts back peddling and run out of gas and I think Alexander gets inside and outwork him for the rest of the fight
Probably end up being a close fight on the Cards that can go either way. I will be honest though, I think Both are Average and extremely overrated by their fan base...ESPECIALLY KHAN!
Nsb knows what's up. Devon doesn't have the power to ko Khan n Amir has the speed to give him big problems. All Devon will do is try to hold him all night.
I've always said Khan has the tools, but he doesn't have the ring IQ to utilize them. Alexander's style may be favorable to Khan but Devon does possess certain tools Khan hasn't seen, Alexander knows how to tie up when landing a solid shot/ or decent combination which will cut Khan's workrate. Alexander isn't far behind Khan in the hand speed department, and although Alexander has shown vulnerability fighting at close quarters, you can expect him to get the better of Khan in close. He may not be that big a puncher but he has more than enough power to put Khan in serious trouble.
Gotta go with Devon here, Khan has looked crappy his last two fights.
I honestly don't see anything with Alexander that Khan didn't see in the Peterson fight. Except for maybe an added ounce of speed.

Devon is a different fighter at 147! He's improved so much!
Oh and he's been fighting bums. Minor detail.
Yeah he's practically a young Shane Mosley, you know, except the power, skills and swag.
Beating an old bailey and Purdy makes you a champion now? :fing02: lmao
oh and btw, bumpedy bump up.

If Khan cannot stop Devon, I would imagine the Al Haymon fighter wins. As far as I know, there was no substance to the rumour that Khan was joining Haymon.
Alexander wins easily in my opinion and he probably wins by KO. He is a champion and a much better fighter than Diaz and Diaz almost beat Khan in England. Alexander is not that light of puncher. I think he hits harder than Diaz and he put Khan down and hurt him.

This is a good boxing match. I would favor Khan vs anyone that doesn't have punching power.
The one thing I never liked about Alexander is that he starts to grunt even more and telegraphing his punches when he gets tired. It costs him the late rounds.

I'm not ignoring the chin, but I don't think Devon hits hard enough or puts his punches together well enough to finish Khan if he did hurt him. Khan may get hurt easy, but he can take a hell of a beating while hurt, he's not that easy to put away. I'd be shocked if Alexander stopped Khan, unless Khan abandoned the style he's been trying with Hunter as his trainer.
As soon as Khan gets hit, he reverts back to himself. The guy has heart, but he doesn't have the chin to last against the champions around him. Like it or not, Devon has had a decent welterweight run. Khan was hurt and dropped by a man that did his best work below 140. Devon is doing his best work right now. Devon had the power to hurt Maidana constantly and put him wherever he felt like putting him, that kind of power destroys Khan.
I don't think Diaz has as much pop at 147 as Devon. And the thing you seem to ignore his is the disparity in chin strength. Devon has an excellent chin and Khan's isn't even average.

I think it would benefit Devon if he fought aggressively against Khan. He's probably the stronger of the two and Khan tends to completely unravel on his back-foot. I'm not sure how good Devon's inside game is, but he's probably better in that area as well.
I did mean tall. He's a speedy outside fighter, Alexander is a speedy outside fighter, I think Khan wins the outside fight. Not that I'm the least bit confident about that prediction, but I think Khan pulls it off. I expect a really ugly fight.

Size?? What size?? If you mean tall then sure. But Khan isn't bigger than Devon, at all. Their speed is compatible as well.

I think Khan wins the decision. His speed and size will have Alexander throwing pitty pat grunt punches outside, and Khan will win that outside fight.
