He's ranked #11 at junior welterweight by the WBO, #7 by the WBC, and #6 by the both the IBF and WBA. That means the guy is a top 10 fighter in three out of the four major boxing organizations. He must be at least a little bit good to accomplish that, right? To accomplish what? Get fraud ratings by every single fraud sanctioning body? Do you really believe he is #6, 7 or 11 in the world at 140? Im sure you dont. He didnt accomplish anything other then beat a few bums and prospects
