what is the difference between USADA and VADA?

One is catching cheaters and the other one is useless. GBP prefers the useless one.

VADA is the far better testing agency. Just look at the Golden boy drama, they changed from VADA to the usada because VADA was catching their boxers and reporting it properly which caused cancelled shows.......now they use USADA and the Morales crap happens. Vada and Conte are calling agency's and promoters out for improper testing and I think they have proven what they are saying is the truth.....regardless of the previous history of Conte I have not heard anything wrong. All he is saying is more testing in sports........ You are brainwashed by Conte. There is a huge conflict of interest when a convicted drug pusher is actively involved in a known corrupt sport (boxing) by helping boxers for money, and is involved with an important drug testing agency all at the same time. VADA never called out USADA. Only Conte. Margaret Goodman is not reckless and doesn't have an agenda like Conte. . VADA has had 2 positive results (Berto and Peterson). USADA has had one (Morales). Keep in mind, Peterson wasn't even a Golden Boy fighter at the time. Berto also wasn't a Golden Boy fighter when he tested positive.

USADA does CIR testing. You have to proceed with caution when listening to things from Victor Conte. Conte is very biased towards USADA because USADA is the same organization that went after him when he was running his drug cheat enterprise. USADA brought him down to his knees and is responsible for him, along with others, ending up in JAIL. USADA also wants nothing to do with Conte, they don't want to be associated with him in any way, shape, or form. VADA embraces him though. How long did lance get away with it with usada? They do not do CIR testing as frequent as VADA. All I know is that USADA has let dirty fighters fight when VADA caught them. USADA concealed info regarding failed tests.....I haven't heard that about VADA though.
