is this really confirmed? I find it interesting that people are saying Garcia is ducking when he hasn't even had a fight after Judah yet.

Does Lucas have good defense? I know he has a decent chin but this fight is a toss up. I think people just hate Garcia's dad so they are emotional and want to see Garcia get KOed...

That makes no sense. The second the fight is signed, is the second GB starts heavily promoting it. Why waste time and waste opportunities to gain potential viewers? You don't. Never. The fight has NOT been signed yet. It may get signed very very soon, but it has NOT been signed. If it had been signed, there would be a PR release and a presser. No exception. That's probably why Matthysse's camp spoke too soon. The fight is made, but the paperwork isn't in order yet. I highly, highly doubt they would have said the fight was confirmed unless they were absolutely sure it will be.

Either way, I’m really only concerned with the Garcia/Matthysse actually happening. I don’t care if it’s on this card, Showtime or the god damn Cartoon Network. I just want to watch it. This.^ For me this is the most important fight of the year. No ducking or hiding, this will define who is the real champion at 140.
