For example, I think both floyd and Manny were at their best at 140 lbs! I think Manny was at his most deadly/explosive/complete self when he fought Hatton. And Floyd had the amazing speed and good power to match his great technique and defense when he fought gatti.
I'm basing it not necessarily on when they were physically at there best, or their biggest wins. It's fights where they were at their most complete self: where they had the physical tools, experience, ring IQ etc and had that all together.
Other fighters at their best imo:
Bhop when he whooped Glen Johnson
The Roy that beat Montell Griffin
Donaire that ko'd montiel
I wish I could take this thread seriously, but at this point in my BoxingScene career, any OP that starts any topic not directly related to Floyd or Manny that insists on metioning them when we can talk about other fighters, is a troll thread. Maybe you didn't mean it to be, but that's what it will become, and that type of humor is tired now on these forums, maybe not for causals and new fans, but for most of us, miss us with it.

Was gonna say Pacquiao vs DeLaHoya but the Cotto fight was better competition for him..It was probably Pac's best all around performance from coming back down the first few rounds, then just completely dominating.
no fighter ever from 175-down would have beaten the roy jones that showed up for the griffin rematch. he was fully motivated, with really bad intentions that night.
