All three groups stack up well IMO with Matthysse, Bradley and Cotto being the cream of the crop of their respective lists. Junior Welterweight has been a very good division for a while now, it's arguably one of the most competitive in the sport and it's served as a great in-between division for up-and-comers to develop before moving to welterweight for bigger money fights. it really has been. solid since 2002.

Hatton vs Rios would certainly be a sight to behold. I think Ricky wins it fairly comfortably but it'd be a fun one.
