I got the felling Mora's experience and awkwardness will win this one out. I used to be high on Proksa, but I'm not so sure anymore. I'll get back on the bandwagon if he does well. Looking good against Mora is a pretty good statement to make.
This was a perfect example of a terribly underrated fighter (Mora) vs. a terribly overrated fighter (Proksa). A truly bum performance from Proksa."peeleft:
I just hope Proksa can come back to his top form after the loss to GGG.
He didn't look his best in his fight with Norbert Szekeres in February.
I remember how impressive he was against Pablo Navascues and Sebastian Sylvester a couple of years ago.
That might had something to do with him brokin his left hand in first round.
I hope Proksa is not done after GGG, that fight was a mistake(he was in the middle of holidays 4 weeks before the fight, not that he would win otherwise, but maybe he wouldnt get stomped like that)
I wouldn't pick Proksa by stoppage. I do hope he wins tho. I just don't think Proksa hits as hard as his KO ratio indicates.

bump. I'm surprised so many people are picking Proksa by KO. Mora is slippery and has a good beard while Proksa isn't some huge mega puncher. I perfectly understanding picking Proksa, but picking him by KO feels more like wishful thinking just to get Mora off TV permanently.
EDIT: I need stop typing so fast.
I pick Proksa by decision. Mora is one of those guys who does not get knocked out by anyone. He is just too hard to tag cleanly and is durable on top of it.
I expect something like a 6-4 or 7-3 decision for Proksa in a fairly competitive fight. Mora is not a fighter anyone looks good against. Coming out with a win is good enough.
Thanks for making this thread because I didn't know this was going down. I used to hug Mora's nuts but recently he has just disappointed me. Proksa stops him in 8.
WAR Proksa!
i wouldn't bet on mora getting stopped, i just hope we see a good fight. i'm going to go with a proksa decision victory, never thought much of the latin snake.
I thought Mora's last fight against Vera was pretty good and thought he deserved the win. There's an article at maxboxing where he claims he's going to be more entertaining than usual because networks have blackballed him for being boring so he kind of has no choice if he wants to continue his career. Hopefully he keeps his promise.
hopefullt proksa stops and retires mora but ive yet to see someone look impressive against the akwardness of mora
as always with mora i expect a terrible fight
