According to Tom Loeffer of K2:
"I did hear from Johnathon today. Apparently, when he got back to Detroit, they diagnosed both of the middle knuckles of both hands as being fractured. So that was unusual to have both hands injured in a fight like that."
"If his left hand had been okay, then he could have thrown the jab and the left hook, and if his right hand was okay, he could have maybe set up the right hand. But he didn't want to make excuses, and he wasn't blaming the hands for the way that he fought that night," said Loeffler.
So this is why JB didn't perform to his fullest....he usually one of the most active fighters in the ring. They are claiming he did not take a dive.
JB just couldn't fight with the pain, but still managed to put the hype train Mitchell on queer street.
lets be honest here guys throughout the history of boxing fighters have fought on with broken hands, a fracture isn't a valid excuse if it effected him that bad he could of won the fight touching Seth with his gloves, but he chose to do nothing, which is why he's being questioned
