Most of the power in your punches that comes from your core is actually in the hips, not the six pack. And dudes hips pale in comparison in terms of how developed they look. his routine must consist of nothing but crunches lmao wrong to an extent. legs then hips. thats why fighters who spring upwards in delivering shots hit harder than went twisting waist
