Mayfield is too top heavy, that don't cut it in boxing. Big reason why he keeps gassing in fights.

Is there a reason why he's already so old and hasn't fought anyone of note? I couldn't find any background on him. He seems relatively talented but it's already late in his career. I think he went pro relatively late because he was trying to play football or something

Now that he's with Top Rank I can definitely see him getting a fight with Provodnikov which is a terrific fight imo. Good fight to show where he's at in terms of skill.
