IF Broner makes easy work of Paulie and Maidana by the end of the year...

No matter what you guys say. It's a good move for a boxer. None of the guys at 140 were free for a fight. So take malanaggis' belt and defend against maidana. And then fight any of the following at 147 Khan-Alexander-Thurman-Matthysse-DGarcia-LamontP-Guerrero-Berto Not likely but Bradley-Provod-Rios-Alvarado-Pac- would all be fun fights. I'm not even gonna bring Floyd up, see Ward Hopkins.

I'd be more impressed if Broner is able to spar with Errol Spence and not get knocked out. That would be better than beating both. No one is gonna know who you're talking about. I made a topic talking about his potential pre-olympics. No one still really knows about him but they will eventually.

Well, those guys do nothing really. If he beats Guerrero or Mikey. Then I will be like, this guy is for real. Hell, if he beats Amir Khan. I'll give him big ups. But right now. I think Broner beats both Maidana and Paulie... People are just trying to say they want him in a fight where the other guys is live. Love maidana but i think Broner could stop that guy... Just a hunch I have. Alexander is an interesting fight for Broner. Hate Alexander but just stylistically seems interesting (I'd pull for broner but not with that much confidence). Maybe Berto and Broner? Ortiz-Broner? Id love that for me Berto / Ortiz r not much better level than Maidana at this point... for different reasons but they are stepping stones at best

Don't you think he should fight Peterson, Khan, Maidana, Garcia, Bradley etc before he even makes it to Floyd, Pacman, or even Matthysse? Realistically Broner hasn't done **** yet . well I did actually put khan, Garcia and Bradley on that list and him beating Maidana was part of this thread soooooo... my point was that after beating Paulie and Maidana with ease (if that happens) then a fight with either Pac or Floyd shouldn't be a problem for anyone

I think if Broner can get past Maidana then a scrap between he and Thurman would be a potential fight of the year. Sounds to good to be true though, honestly the idea of Haymon matching him against Maidana even sounds a little far fetched.

I've seen a few of your posts... If you hate Broner its a love hate like them people that "hate" Mayweather. And you hate Maidana more, with none of the love. That would be great for his first 2 fights at Welterweight IMO! Me personally I don't see him having problems beating either one, Maidana is not good at fighting inside, I think Broner shoulder roll would work great against Maidana style and Broner would be able to get inside and PUNISH Maidana to the body. Maidana does not hold up well to body punches. I think Broner either Out-Boxes Maidana easily or Stop Him! Wins over Soto Karass and Josesito Lopez are DECENT but I also remember Alexander basically shutting him out during their fight as well and doing it fairly easy. But yeah IF Broner beats Paulie his next opponent should be either Maidana or the winner of Thurman vs Chaves. But it all depends on how he looks at 147 and how he carries that weight and how much Power will he bring with him

not sure how you think crawford broner is floyd judah lol, nobody even heard of crawford until his last fight and hes with TR anyway He's got the goods. Broner's the more exciting guy with a big following. I feel like the underground fans will embrace Crawford more. Just ckmparing them with familiar names.

I always thought Crawford was a little hittable when the pressure is applied but maybe I need to see a bit more... wouldn't mind him fighting Thurman either. That would be an epic fight. My boy "one time" smashes Broner.

Broner is a step up from anything Maidana has faced since Khan. Wins over losing opponents is not a god measuring stick when it comes to fighting undefeated world champions. At 135 Broner was looking beastly against smaller guys. Maidana can't be bullied if you push him he will push back. Devon gets a lot of flack but I'm not convinced Broner is better than Devon at 147. I'm also not convinced Broner could blast through Karass, let alone Lopez, the way Maidana did.
