How big are the penalties? I'm sure Canelo/GBP won't have a problem forking over a few thousand dollars. why are people complaining about the weight , canelo is 22 and will be 23 by fight night. he is a young man and weight will not effect his performance , it's not as if he's an aged fighter at the back end of his career , that's when it would really matter.

I've mentioned it before and I'll mention it again. If Alvarez ignores the catchweight agreement, IT WOULDN'T BE THE FIRST TIME. He was supposed to fight the almighty WELTERWEIGHT Matthew Hatton at 151lbs and came in at 153lbs. Mayweather isn't the only one who has form for this kind of behaviour.
