Simple Question:
Manny Pacquiao went all his years on top, not doing random blood testing/let the commision do its job. Then, got KO'd the Chris Tucker out and is now doing blood testing for Brandon Rios fight in November.
With Floyd, he went all these years ragging Pacquiao for draining his opponents: De La Hoya, Margarito, specifically Miguel Cotto on those catch-weights. And now all of a sudden, chooses to do a catch-weight.
The irony between these 2 is crazy. They'll forever be linked, but never in the same room/presence throughout their careers
ODLH wasn't at a CW, and it was his decision to make the fight at 147. But it's hypocritical on both sides, except one is doing something good (blood tests) while the other is draining fighters (Floyd) after years of verbal abuse towards them.
OH I get i now lol its good now that MP is now doing it(Testing) but before when he wasn't. it wasn't bad at all hen either and most certainly no good that fmw was doing? but now that FMW using a CW its terrible

I couldn't honestly vote in this poll because I'd be using the same childish language that's rife on this site. So is it more "hypocritical" for Manny to refuse blood testing and then demand it or Mayweather to ask for a catch-weight? If a guy is doping, I might look at that more closely than weight fluctuations as a rule. But to give the appearance of being "amicable" I'll say both are equally bad. How'd I do? Did it sound like I was convinced that doping is on par with showing up heavy?
I was wondering how long it was going to take for the narrative to shift to hypocrisy and away from a great fight happening. (Wow, hours...) Hopefully for the next several months I'll tune into BoxingScene to hear more about Floyd's moral failings and less about a fight some people were clamouring for.
