Only one requirement...they have to be realistic.
Here are mine (in order).
1. Canelo
2. Lucas Matthysse
3. Amir Khan
4. Devon Alexander
5. Erislandy Lara
If we include Top Rank Fighters...
Manny Pacquiao, Timothy Bradley and Brandon Rios replaces Lara, Alexander and Khan.
If Mayweather fought and beat...
Golovkin...
Alvarez...
Matthysse...
Pacquiao...
And Broner...
Would he THEN be worthy of being mentioned among the greats like Ray Robinson and Henry Armstrong?
That would be one helluva resume...but it still doesn't change the fact SRR fought 130 gawt d@mn times before he got a 2nd loss.
you forgot the can man, d#ckhead.
broner rounds out the top five
golovkin at a catchweight
alvarez
matthysse
pacquiao
and the can man broner.
LMAO good list though
five guys off the street at once.
trolls don't have souls, ne. do not become one.
this is me taking full license, to make fights i want to see for no reason other than having a desire to see them. my posts generally concern realistic fights and situations in boxing. this is not one of those posts.
no order:
alvarez
matthysse
pacquiao (yes, pacquiao)
golovkin @ a healthy catchweight. as close to 154 as golovkin is willing to go while remaining healthy and fit
and my personal favorite, the winner of the "everyman" tournament. this will funciton more for my entertainment than to establish a legit mayweather opponent. you asked me to pick these fights
single elimination, big boy tournament. details to be ironed out if i gave enough of a ****, as this thing will never happen.
no order:
cotto
lara
trout
kirkland
thurman
martinez
marquez
garcia
rios
alvarado
and motherf#Cking provodnikov, hoe.
those 11 can somehow be turned into an elimination tournament, for my entertainment. the winner gets the last spot for a mayweather fight.

alvarez @ 154 lbs
khan-alexander winner (if khan, then i'd love the fight to take place in the uk)
matthysse-garcia winner
broner if he's still unbeaten
pacquiao if he has not lost again in the mean time
five guys off the street at once.

In my world...and no Promotion blockades being in the way...
1. Canelo Alvarez (154)
2. Timothy Bradley (if he beat Marquez)
3. Winner of the 140 tourney (Garcia, Khan, Matthysse)
4. Manny Pacquiao (for the f*ck of it)
5. Adrien Broner
In no particular order...
1) Khan...because he's been running his mouth for year, but only after 2 more quality wins.
2) Canelo...only at 154, wouldn't mind seeing him beat 1 more legit 154lbr though.
3) Lucas...because he's buzzin right now and I would like to see how the forum will change its tune after the fight.
4) Pac...if he gets back on track.
5) Bradley, Garcia, Maidana, or a tough guy at 154 (doesn't have to have a title)
Beating a 39 year old Mosley that was coming off a 17 month lay-off is not impressive.

dude was the closest he's ever been to losing a fight.....he responded like a "G"....real talk!! :cool2:

3 on that list are a risk so don't count on it
1. Canelo
2. Garcia-Matthysee winner
3. Alexander-Khan winner
That's what I hope and expect to happen in the immediate future.
It's hard to gague who will be 4. and 5. because they won't happen until 2015. A lot will happen and change by then.
If Bradley beats Marquez and manages to get out of his contract at Top Rank then he could be one of those last 2 options.
I don't care who he fights....I don't pay for his fights anyway...but from the way the winds are blowing...it looks like he'll be fighting Nelo is Sept
the writing is on the wall but hate is blinding....I just wanna hear what dudes will be complaining about after he defeats Nelo....I already know they'll bust one in their drawers if Floyd lost but I wonder if they'll finally bow down or just be men and salute the king....I've been there before, yea...I used to think Floyd was a punk ass coward....real talk!!....but I saw what I needed to see with the Mosley fight....too bad alot of dues missed that form of bravery he showed that night
I've always wanted Canelo and thought Guerrero was a mismatch. I would hope he'll fight him next. I don't care who he fights after that. You won't hear any bashing from me. Floyd is back with his ultra defensive style. Canelo got the puncher's chance. If Floyd gets through, I don't care who he fights after that.
What i would like:
Canelo
Matthysse
Khan in the UK (just a big boxing event)
MP (still a big event if Manny can obliterate Rios and maybe another fighter)
Bradley
What is realistic taking into account GBP v TR and other stuff
Canelo
Matthysse/Garcia winner
Khan
Alexander
then i don't know.
I would like...
Alvarez (154)
Martinez (154)
*Bradley (If he beats Marquez) (147)
**Pacquiao
***Malignaggi
* Bradley is actually a good win because hes an all around solid fighter who gives all hes got in the ring and comes to fight every time. He'd be the younger guy and hes undefeated.
** Pacquiao could only happen if Pacquiao makes a really good comeback. Which is really a toss up at this point. I don't think he does but I won't cross him off yet.
*** Malignaggi is just one of those fighters thats been around a while, it'd be great smack talk build up. He's fought Hattons and Cottos and has a legit resume. If he beats Broner, possible fights with Bradley or Alexander are in play and if he wins those. He could be in the mix to challenge Mayweather.
Other mentions, Ortiz rematch. Though I think Ortiz has go through hell before he gets there. I still say Ortiz takes the winner of Maidana/Lopez and then Rematches Berto, Ortiz probably wins both and if he does, hes back in the mix for a Mayweather challenge.
As far as big name 140s moving up? It'd be interesting to see what happens between Garcia/Matthyse, then that winner fights Khan, then THAT winner can move up and go for Mayweather? Khan is in the same position as Ortiz right now. He's got some losses to avenge before he can suddenly gun for Mayweather.
