They both are most dominant fighters in the game right now, Floyd is undefeated, Wladimir has not been beaten for almost 10 years now. Which one is harder to beat right now?

Floyd is harder to beat because he's the much better fighter, it's that simple. Match Wlad against a good fighter his own size and that fighter has a better chance of winning than a good welterweight would have against Floyd.
It's Wlad clearly, against Floyd you can bet on a punchers' chance although most likely that ain't happening. It's the same case with Wlad but before you can even touch Wlad you gotta make sure you can reach him, Wlad will control you by leaving his left hand out, at times pushing with it as well, those jabs and straight right hands are devastating. Then you gotta worry about Wlad leaning on you and clinching.
If you're as big as Wlad, reaching him isn't too much of a problem. A limited guy like Wach even hurt him.
"Just tall" was Valuev, Wlad is superior athlete, has great speed, he moves like a welterweight, has great technique, excellent footwork and huge power in both hands. Only an idiot would say that Wlad is "just tall":bs2:
Yea but he's substantially taller than the other fighters. If he was the same size, I dont think the fights would play out the same.
Obviously Wlad. Put up every heavyweight in a row and Wlad stays on top.
No wait, obviously Floyd. Who'll not go near any fighter capable of beating him.
I voted that they are equally hard to beat. I think Floyd will stay at welterweight and only fight guys that are now fighting at 140 or 147. If Floyd fights 154 pounders at their full weight of 154 then Wlad would have less chance of losing than Floyd would in my opinion.
Wlad is so much harder to beat. Not due to skill either, due to his size and ****ty tactics.
If i was his size id do the same, doesnt mean i respect it though.
It might sound crazy, but I think a Wladimir loss is coming probably within his next three or so fights. Yes Pianeta got dominated, but I also saw him get inside a few times and land solid shots on Wlad. He still looks like he is deathly afraid of being hit, completely losing his form when his opponent connects. If Povetkin, Wilder, and Fury are his next three opponents, I don't think he goes undefeated through that list.
Unless he slows down dramatically I can't see that happening.
He was more aggressive in his last two fights and he wasn't giving much respect to either Wach or Pianetta.
If you look at those fights he fought with his hands down the whole fight. It actually looked very nice how he was able to dodge and then to unload.
Wlad hates to be hit, that's true but that's why he is lasting this long.
I disagree tho. In his last few fights he was flatfooted. We knew for a fact his legs where gone. Now he's fighting like a lw. He takes a break from boxing, then returns in his prime over and over again. When he fought Hatton, it was a sloppy but effective performance. When he came back and fought Juan, it was like wow. He had never looked that good. Floyd is something special. Wlad is just tall.

It is close, I would give Floyd the edge because he hasn't really been hurt bad but Wlad has shown that sort of weakness.
I wouldn't fault anyone saying Wlad though because he maximizes what he has and he has made his weakness almost impossible to exploit.
Both are incredibly hard to beat though.
floyd was a bit better a few years ago, but he is still a remarkable fighter.
wlad was never better. So unless he still is still imrpoving he is in his prime. banks and manny said the same..

If say Floyd. Even though he makes guys look lame, they are better fighters then the guys Wlad is fighting. Wlad is good but hes just stuck in a weak heavyweight era.
Wlad...........he takes on what are perceived to be the toughest contenders and he knocks virtually all of them out. Floyd is dancing and jiving around trying to avoid defending his 154 pound belt against a 154 pound fighter. There is a reason he doesn't want to fight at 154, there is some chance that he would lose. Yet he won't just vacate his belt and commit fully to 147.
If you compared Wlad to Floyd than Wlad would have to be making defenses against puffed up Cruiser weights. Floyd won't even defend his 154 pound title unless you can get a light weight to jump up 3 weight classes to fight him
