he wont fight canelo, pacquiao, margarito (ducked), even the DLH rematch cause it was close. Floyd is a puss and the only reason he thinks hes a PPV draw, is because all those people are mexican fans and want to see him loose.
but he holds too damn much and fights scared like a girl.
There is no such thing, a close fight is a close fight and scoring is subjective in nature.
So if you can't accept a range of possible outcomes in a tough close fight based on all the elements that are suppose to get scored like actual knockdowns then you have no grasp on how boxing scoring works.
Also I didn't like Hatton's chances either, and I took advantage of those odds but I wouldn't have got those odds if what you are saying is true.
So, were you one of those people that thought Hatton had a chance?
OK, I exxagerated in my statement. What I should have said was, "anyone that knows anything about boxing, would've told you that Hatton didn't belong at 147, and that Floyd was going to hurt/dominate Hatton."
Collazo wasn't getting the nod either way. Hatton gets credited for a KD in which he steps on Collazo's foot. Collazo doesn't get credit for a KD in the 12th round, and it gets called a slip, clearly a KD.
It was a close robbery. I'll leave it at that.
And regardless of the outcome, Hatton going life and death with a B level WW should've told you guys something.

I never gave Hatton a shot, plenty of people did though.
Mosley was a challenge going in
Oscar was a challenge going in
History gets rewritten after the outcome, I'm glad that when it comes to this sport my memory is still fresh though :D
Hence, why I never brought Mosley up. I'm pretty sure I only mentioned Hatton.
Thank God, I don't go off of what NSB posters were saying back then.
No he lost a tough close fight~

Edit: Collazo wasn't a traditional B level fighter. Just not elite.
Like I said before. I don't give a **** what plenty of people said. Anyone worth their salt would've told you Hatton wasn't elite at 147.

Don't forget Prime Cotto who was walking through the WW
Then Floyd retired
I don't know whether this is an alt, but I was around here when the fight was being talked about, plenty of people and I do mean plenty believed Hatton would beat Mayweather. Certainly not the majority but a lot of people did.
It was like 35-40% right? That is not a small minority

And those people were either from the UK, or casuals.
Anyone that saw the Collazo fight would've told you that Hatton didn't belong at 147.

They still thought Hatton would win, I don't respect a lot of peoples views so why would I single out that group.
I thought Hatton won a tough close fight against a pretty good fighter in his first time out in a new class~ so no I didn't think that at all. You don't think such a thing deserves respect~ I feel differently.
Dude, Collazo got robbed.

You have proof of that?
Seems like you are just spouting out of ur arse
Fact is many boxing fans thought Hatton had a chance to beat Floyd, stop trying to re-write history.
Are you having a laugh or do I have to up the threads on here of the many people who thought Hatton would beat Floyd
Millions of people in the UK alone thought Hatton could beat Floyd, that's not even counting the rest of Europe and the US/Canada
My man, I don't care about what some Hatton fans or casual fans have to say about the fight.
And I remember CLEARLY, after he beat a shot to ****s Castillo, when he called out Floyd, I was sitting there laughing.
Floyd was at, around or under -200 for the Hatton fight~ that means there were a fair amount of people putting money on Hatton to keep those odds where they were.
People putting money down implies they feel their guy will win, and that is the ultimate vote of confidence~

Correction, after Collazo whooped Hatton's ass, not a single person on the planet thought Hatton could beat Floyd.
The only people that were saying Hatton kills Floyd were probably die hard Hatton fans.

Face it, Floyd will never fight a guy that poses a threat. | BoxingScene Community
