It'd be easier than the Oscar fight IMO and for more money. I just don't get it. Unless Floyd feels REALLY that much older since then. If all this that Reynoso is talking turns out to be true, then he's quite obviously concerned. He had no choice but to get in the ring with Oscar if he ever wanted to blow up. I think he can give Floyd a stiff test, I don't really think he can win right now given how Floyd looked and Canelo has never had the sorts of issues he will face in that fight but the longer they wait the larger Canelo's chances become.

Love watching Canelo fight but no, I don't think he can beat a fighter of floyds caliber, especially if he has stamina issues. Forget what fans say, boxing experts and fighters know Canelo won't win unless he catches Floyd with a lucky punch, which seems doubtful. Yes, I think Canelo can beat Floyd if the fight is at the Jr. middleweight limit. I think Canelo is much better than Ortiz or Guerrero. He has more pro experience. He is smarter, and faster. He has better combination punches to the head and body. He punches much harder with greater accuracy. He is very determined and fearless. He come into each fight with a good battle plan for that fighter. Lopez fought Canelo and Ortiz just months apart and He said Canelo was better in every way. He said Canelo was faster and hit harder and had a better defense than Ortiz. I think Canelo can take Floyd's punches but Floyd cannot take Canelo's best punches and sooner or later he will land them.

Not really, which is why I don't get why people are pushing so hard for this fight. On the other hand I don't really see anyone at 140-154 doing better against him than Canelo either, which is why I understand this fight needing to happen.

Pretty sure Floyd will do 30+ mil no matter who he fights next. It's not like this fight will do Floyd-Oscar numbers I guarantee his fight with Canelo does 1.4+mil PPV buys. No one else comes close to those numbers. Floyd is guaranteed 30mil but the PPV buys is the cherry on top.
