Lol that would be unfortunate. It would be like in the movies. Floyd tries to rob the bank one last time but he doesn't make it out.
Seriously, if the money is right and his skills don't deteriorate exponentially he'll take a 50th fight. He might even go further than that.
Mayweather record > Rocky Marciano record.
Rocky didn't even fight for 10 years. Short amateur career. His professional record is weak; he fought nobody near their prime.
Say what you want about Rocky, but he did what real champs do, he beat all the best fighters that the division had to offer. Floyd at this time cannot say the same thing. You see the Rock's brief amateur career as a negative, I see it as something impressive. I also think Charles, Walcott, and Moore to name a few is also better resume than you give it credit for. I know his prime wasn't long, but that is how it is for heavyweights with his style, just look at Tyson, Dempsey, and Frazier they were all considered past their best by their early 30's.
In any case, it wasn't like he was like Floyd who avoided the fighter who was suppose to be his career defining fight.

I seen this video were somebody asked him that and he said "**** no **** 50 fights...no need for me to do 50...he'll y'all b lucky to even get the 5 left" your welcome.
He keeps saying after the 30 months hes done. He'll be @ 49-0 , do you think he'll try to go for that 50th W and outdo Marciano's record?
