Pac has 4 fights left on his contract. Based on an article recently written here.
Floyd has (potentially) 5 fights left with showtime.
Now with Pac taking random testing (a big LOL) do you guys feel we will get the fight?
I know it's a day late a dollar short.....
Put this fight in with chavez vs whitaker, holyfield-tyson, tyson-lewis, jones-hopkins 2.
Will get done eventually but not after all other options are exhausted
Holy crap. What is with certain fans, and saying stupid things like this.
How about boxing fans just want an awesome fight??? You ever think about that???
I hate fans like you. Go watch baseball you queef monger.
lol what.... if pac doesn't eat Rios alive you really think people will want to see the fight.
I would, but not many others will. You ever think of that?
And I don't like baseball Queefmonger (?)
I don't think the tests were really the problem. I think the money split was and still is the problem. Mayweather wants most of the money and Pacquiao wants his share. Now with the Showtime vs. HBO war and the promoter feud and Pacquiao losing his last two fights and Mayweather having his Showtime deal the chances that a Mayweather-Pacquiao fight ever happens seem slimmer than ever. The two fighters don't really need each other. They make lots of money fighting other fighters.
The clamour for the bout will be as loud as ever after Pacquiao defeats Rios.
Depending on how much blood is shed yeah lol.
Casuals (and people who dont like ****y ****) just want to see Floyd lose, so they find someone they think can beat him.
Also, lets see an epic Trilogy as each of the fighters last fights lol
If pac looks great against rios then the hype will be back. Let's face it. The casuals only want floyd to fight Pac and no other. Floyd better pray pac looks great in his fight so that his PPV sales don't go any lower.
I don't get how the fight is "gone" or "derailed". If Pac wins a few, then the fight is back on track.
Pac/Floyd in 2014 is better than anything boxing can produce. Maybe a healthy Sergio vs. GGG, but that fight lost way too much steam.
