Froch and Ward going at it on twitter

I wouldn't be surprised if Ward-Froch 2 was a different fight if it took place in Nottingham. I'd like to see it.

Froch only needed one more round against Ward and that fight would be an official draw. Ward nearly folded in the championship rounds too, it was nearly lights out for him. This is true. The only one who had it wide for Ward was the 'bias Brit judge.' Ward wasn't brilliant at the end of that fight.

Didnt Froch acknowledge immediately after the fight that Ward handled him and he didnt deserve a rematch? Sounds like these dudes are trying to sell a future PPV that no one would buy if they didnt have "beef". Im pretty sure that they are friendly. There is no way that these 2 wouldnt respect each other immensly. They are two of the most intelligent and respectable guys in the business.

not all of his fights have been ugly (exceptions: the Kessler + Sakio Bika fights), it's just that they're so one-sided and he doesn't always go for the knockout. That's nothing to hate on a guy for, that's just smart boxing.

Ward already beat the best at 175. I know Dawson moved down in weight, but no one at LHW has a good enough inside game to stop Ward from doing that. Ward never fought at 175.

To be honest, Carl did better when Ward got inside, when he was on the outside Froch was way too slow to land on him (until the last couple of rounds when Ward tired). LOL at that ****. Froch can talk all he wants, but he wants no part of a Ward rematch. He does, and he said he'd be willing to travel again to make it happen if he has to. Ward ever offered to go to Europe to fight Kessler after winning the Super Six, Kessler didn't want it. Kessler tried to make the Ward fight earlier this year, but Ward wouldn't travel. Kessler then gave the go-ahead to make the Froch fight. If Froch was from US and Ward from England, you US-fans would all agree, that Ward should go abroad to fight.. No doubt, the likes of daggum would be all over it. Big fan of Ward, but this comes across as sour grapes. Ward wants a Froch rematch, that's what all this is about imo. Froch still has to get past Kessler however.

its the biggest fight he can make well the winners of kessler and froch will be the biggest fight he can make atm. yeah it probably is but it is strange that the guy who won seems to be almost begging to fight a guy he already beat!

Andre Ward holds the world record of clinching in one fight, as far as I know. 88 clinches initiated. At least he used his head to beat Kessler, not engaging in anything remotely. I counted John Ruiz holding Andrew Golota 168 times.

Big fan of Ward, but this comes across as sour grapes. Froch-Kessler II is one of the most anticipated fights of 2013 and will be a huge PPV draw. Ward, despite being the top dog at 168, can't fill a venue outside of Oakland.
