So nobody wants Gennady Golovkin

You have to understand that most of the posters who claimed GGG was ducked were the low IQ ones, they discover him in September after he appeared on their screen against Proksa and blam avatar/sig of GGG and Martinez was ducking him lol, you can't make that shet up with a lot of these plebs. i know that **** is so funny every other month a new person is bein ducked can you people calm down and wait atleast a full year before you start with the ducking talk. if a fight doesn't happen when they say so some one is a duck thats just how it goes

Only Macklin has signed the fight. Let's not give credit to guys because they or their manager said they would fight him in the future. Type of ***** is that? i don't know, why would you say a fighter is ducking someone when they nev er out their own mouth said they would not fight golovkin?

Pirog wasn't scared he was signed to fight. But he's had bad injuries for a long while now. It's a damn shame. Exactly. As a matter of fact, I'd pick Pirog to stop Golovkin. Especially after seeing Rosado have some good spots.

Saying that "everyone in the division is ducking him" is completely absurd. Sure, champions want to fight other fighters that are high reward and low risk, while Golovkin is the opposite, but saying that GGG couldn't find better opponents than Ishida is just completely absurd. And yes, I hope Martinez fights GGG in the next year.

Martinez had said he would drop to 154 and KO Canelo for daring to fight on the same day that Martinez beat Chavez. Then later when Canelo tried to get that fight Martinez refused the fight saying he would only fight Canelo at 160. The point being Martinez and his team don't always do what they say they will do. Tean Martinez say they will fight GGG. if he wins his next fight. I am sure GGG. will win his next fight by KO. I am not sure that Martinez will fight GGG. instead of a lesser contender. I am not saying Martinez has been a poor champion but I think he could do better and he could start by giving GGG. his promised title shot if he wins.

Don't worry, Martinez wil come calling after the Murray win. The night is dark and full of terror...the reaper is a calling. Martinez thinks the darkness is his ally, he merely adopted the dark. Golovkin was born in it, molded by it, the shadows will betray Sergio because they belong to Gennady.

Golovkin was "ducked" when he was a nobody, now he is a bit more popular to the fights make more sense. People seem to forget that Martinez was a nobody for the most part of his career and only now just had his highest paid/profile fight at age 36.

Chavez Jr wants him, but nobody wants Chavez Jr 'cept Ward.

Martinez is the only MW who moved up in weight, beat the champ, beat nearly undefeated comp while at the top, fought an undefeated cruiser campaigning at MW and is fighting another undefeated guy coming off of surgery. When any one of these other "top" guys comes close to comparison, let me know.

I hope Golovkin beats up Macklin and gets a Martinez fight. That would be a really good and very interesting fight.

Also don't forget managers like Haymon, Sampson, etc have more power than some promoters. A lot of times, what they say goes. Maybe he spoke about it with Martinez before he said it in that interview. I don't think he's just going to say who Martinez will fight, without even presenting him with the option and getting an "okay" from him. I don't think GBP wanted Canelo to fight Trout, but Canelo and his manager forced the issue and now we're hours away from the fight. yeah maybe...maybe not...we're not speculating here sturm did the same thing with ggg not saying martinez will but he doesn't have a lot of time left in the sport...it seems more logical to me his handlers will try to preserve the chance of making as much money off sergio's drawing power now that he finally has some it probably wouldn't come down to what sergio wants because I'm postive he'll fight anybody...but dibella's rant indicated to me he doesn't exactly fancy the idea in the near future

In what universe?? Swrgios manager said he'll fight, his promoter DiBella goes crazy when golovkins name is mentioned and says GGG needs to beat Macklin and someone else first.
