If his jaw is healed why not Victor Ortiz? A lot of buzz around him with dancing with the stars and i am sure he is in decent shape.
From my understanding he won't be ready for a few more months. And no way is there enough time left for him to get ready for the fight even if he was healed up.
As for who Devon fights, I could care less. I just want to see him back in the ring getting some work in. There will be some really big opportunities for him later on if he keeps winning and stays healthy.

I'dl like to see it but it's probably on too short notice for Ortiz. He still hasn't been eliminated from Dancing With The Stars.
Carson Jones.
He'll press the action a bit and make Devon work. Pretty solid fight on 30 days notice.
Carson is already training for a late-April bout (opponent TBA), so he'd come ready.
Well, maybe there is someone out there that can beat him and take the belt away from him. Surely you'd like to see that if you hate him?
Speaking for myself and perhaps others think this way; I don't hate him (I don't really hate any fighter, but...) he can be a very charming and likable guy. Seems like an approachable person. It's just his fighting style that turns so many off (and maybe his trainer).
I'm a bit disappointed Brook wasn't going to put himself on the map and perhaps get that W. I'm not sure Jones could win, especially on short notice, but I agree, that is a good undercard fight.
It depends who he is matched up against. He was horribly boring against Randall Bailey but Bailey also stunk it up with Mike Jones so I blame him.
Against Urango and Maidana on the other hand I thought he put on some decent performances.
I can't think of anyone that's more boring to watch then Alexander. Heck, I think Paulie is a more credible titleholder at 147, and that's saying something LOL.
Devon has taken the place of Antonio Tarve as ma most hated fighter. Sucks that the hate is "mainstream" so most of us hate his guts. I'd like to see him fight retirement lol. I wouldn't bat a sweat if he never fought again.
If he's a world champion they will keep putting him on major cards. The only way around that is for someone to beat him.
Maybe they can get Keith Thurman to fight him. He's in the IBF rankings.
Yea, but he's on the road to destiny with the WBA.
I say Carson Jones on late notice
