Im not sticking up for haye's choice of opponents, especially now when he should be fighting pulev or povetkin if they are willing to take that fight. But the vast majority of haye's fans have fallen for charr's self promotion and advertisement and are asking for this fight in their drones on twitter. This will probably lead haye to take this fight as he will beleive it to be credible in the boxing publics eye but it only is with uneducated casual boxing fans. Haye needs to fight pulev if he wants credibility with real boxing fans.

Not a chance. Why would he fight Pulev, when he can get away with fights like Audley, Barrett, Ruiz etc? He's so focking lucky he's British, they support fighters in big numbers. Matthyse, Bradley, Donaire, Ward would be superstars with serious coin and mega fanbases if they were Brits. The fighters still have to get the right promotion too, but yeah, once the British public are aware of a good homegrown fighter they will get behind and support him.

The fact that he damages the sport with his behavior should alone detract the real fans from him. Haye has been doing his fraudulent business for far too long and still running it. Outrageous. Haye is not going to fight Pulev. He is hanging around waiting for another Klitschko payday and will fight another bum while he waits. I doubt the fight happens. Haye has no interest in being the best in the division or working his way up the proper way. He uses his mouth and whatever other media gimmicks he can conjure up to force himself into fights. I don't respect someone who uses their mouth but does not take said action.
