He may not be a great actor, who knows. I believe he can do a fine job. But he has to be very well spoken

Looking the part comes second to doing a good job. Unless there are no lines and it's just Leonard in the ring, you need someone at least capable of doing a passing job.

Is Leonard supposed to be a huge part of the film? If not, which he really shouldn't be, then give the dude a chance. Maybe he pulls off whatever he has to pull off. Wouldn't be the first time someone surprised everyone.
