I think this is a terrific fight, Pulev is coming off two huge knockouts against Dimitrenko and Ustinov. I think him being an inch and half taller then Haye and having a decent jab gives Pulev some good attributes in this fight. After you take in to account his experience and his good professional record, Pulev lacks the power to beat Haye. Pulev doesn't knock guys out early, he's more of a boxer then a puncher. He won't be able to outbox and out punch the speedy versatile Haye. Haye by TKO-10 in a entertaining fight....not a war though.
I think Pulev is an excellent prospect, he's big and strong and has a decent pop in him, but not as powerful as Haye. He's a bit slow on the move, and Haye would capitalize there. Pulev is a lot more measured than Chisora, but they are the same built. I could see it going the same way or by UD. In my eyes, Pulev would have to KO Haye to win. I don't think he can do it.
I swear man Pulev doesn't have the power to do it
What makes you think that?
If Lolonga Mock can deck him, Old ass Thompson can stop him, Monte Barrett can floor him why can't Pulev?
Is it because he was in survival mode against Wladimir and managed to last the distance?
Haye does not have a great chin and his gas tank is awful.
Pulev can definitely stop Haye, no doubt about it.
I went for Haye by decision ... seem to be the only one so far... seriously tough fight but I think Haye's speed would be the difference maybe even a late stoppage for haye
Haye will not take the fight IMO & if by some miracle he does I have Pulev stopping him.
Agreed. He has taken easy fights at heavy other than wlad where he was content to run all fight to avoid getting hurt at the expense of never trying to win.
He should have fought adamek years ago to atleast determine who was the 3rd best heavyweight but that fight never was even close to being made but he can fight audley, ancient ruiz and valuev who was so **** he needed a gift over geriatric holyfield.
