I remember a couple of summers ago during the NFL lockout about some NFL player who waskind of just mediocre, I never heard of him, I think he played for the Vikings, boxing. He had a trainer who was saying he was all those legendary heavyweights rolled into one person, even though he never had a single amateur or pro fight. Could someone refresh my memory and tell me who that was?? I wanted to check in and see how he was doing. If he was as good as his trainer said, I expect he will be KO'ing Klitschko in the first round some time soon, if hes still boxing...
His manager is notorious for having a fixed fight career of his own, Jeff Warner. A former pro wrestler turned "pro boxer" that got busted for worked fights and who now runs a christian ministry.

Ray Edwards is 100% fraud just like his benefactor. The short little fat guy that Edwards KO'ed without making contact (Nick Capes) was suspended for taking a dive by the commission.
This is the guy with the phantom punch where he ko an opponent without even touching him, can't remember if it was his last fight or the 1 b4. Lol that was hilarious. Oh and he also beat that one guy that was either eating his mouth piece or eating and boxing at the same time like a boss lol
Ray Edwards...I actually just answered my own question by googling some keywords... Here was the ESPN article...His trainer said, "Ray will be the first to come from pro football as a starter and destroy the heavyweight division. Ray is a phenom. He's a modern-day Muhammad Ali and Mike Tyson combined."He's the greatest conditioned heavyweight ever and he'll knock out any fighter in the world. No one looks like Ray, no one moves like Ray and no one works like Ray."
