Oh God they're actually pulling the race card :haha:
That is so pathetic. It's no surprise they try to chance the subject to a legend like Larry Merchant though, when he's not even being discussed.
Agree, great fighter and he adds some decent input from time to time but his bias for American/HBO fighters is getting ridiculous.
It's cringeworthy add that to the fact that he sucks at talking and there is no point to keep him on there.
Let him keep fighting scrubs on $10 Internet PPV's
Roy: "Brandon Rios' defense is extremely under rated, he is displaying excellent technical defense this go round
*Alvarado lands 8 punch combo*
Roy: "Just like a good defensive fighter, Rios got low and avoided that big hook after eating those other 8 punches"
:wow:
As much as I try to see his point of view It just irritates me. He is so biased and loves to contradict everyone. Does anyone here like him?
When he started he was pretty good. Now he is biased and full of himself. I rather he not be commenting
Foreman was very underrated, he fired from the hip and was fair with both fighters, he didn't let bias affect his opinion.
Jesus christ :lol1:
I don't think the guy got off Oscar's dick the entire time he was there
NSB= NON STOP B1TCHING! On this forum
lol we're like a bunch of critical old women nattering away
I was just kidding Weeb I am sure many others like him and they have valid points. Hopefully Jones can stop seeing things like a fan and start to see things from a pro boxer's point of view.
yeah I caught that bro, but you made me feel like the odd one out so I grabbed Freedom for some moral e-support :)

Are u high he was wicked biased for fighters he liked like Trinidad for example.
There's no need for anyone to do that. It's only purpose is making people see the fight HBO's way.
Now it is, but it would be good to hear what fighters see and look for when watching and scoring a fight. Be even better if they had different fighters doing it every card.
lol. people having a good go at commentators today, first jim watt, now roy jones and there was also thread talking about firing the whole hbo commentary team.
They should have a pro fighter doing Ledermans job between rounds, giving his opinion on what's going on in the ring and scoring the fight.

See below.
I agree. I used to like Kellerman but he's become part of the "product" in the most cringeworthy way possible.
Yeah thats all good but i mean like during the fight. I remember during the Khan Maidana fight he was seeing things the other guys were missing (Maidana looping right over Khans jab, which eventually caught him big) and explaining to the others how to defend from uppercuts and stuff. I want more of that!
