I just ordered it. It's states 1p-6p
Is it really 5 hours long? Anyone know? I got other plans and don't think I can sit around that long.
Btw GGG is going to spark Ishida out the water <5 rounds
Yea thanks I just checked boxrec to see why he would drop his interim belt, and to be honest his decision made sense, but they should offer him the fight again now if GGG can't get any opponents.
Nah Ndam has a rematch clause with Quillin, his promoter won't let him jeopardize it by fighting GGG.
Why did N'Dam drop his WBO belt? Because he was scared of Golovkin
He was lucky to be given a free belt by the WBA after blantantly ducking like that
Of course this is not a duck to Golovkin haters
felix sturm somehow managed to avoid his mandatory golovking for years. anyone who thinks they have a future as a top name in this sport wants nothing to do with golovking. to me they all have forfeit and golovking is the middleweight champ.
Style's man.... I think they'd be up for it.
I know they were targeting Pirog for June, but he's out again.
Lee said he's trying to get Barker before GGG
Vera wants Macklin before GGG
The reoccuring theme: everybody wants somebody else before they fight GGG lol

HBO already rejected Vera once I think. I wish he didn't look like sh1t last night

Why did he do that? Is he retarded or he got an offer for another fight?
Edit: just checked boxrec, I see he went the WBO route..guess that made sense.
he got the Quillin offer
I'm hoping that Geale accepts the offer if/when it's presented to him.
Golovkin/Geale is definitely main-event worthy. GGG/Vera is meh.
As am I , with Soliman in limbo bcse of the test fiasco there shouldn't be a mando fight for Geale.
Gary Shaw is always more willing to put his fighters up against the best so we'll see?
Njikam dropped his interim WBA belt not to fight GGG. Lee would be decent, better than nothing I guess.

What about Njikam? Or Andy lee? That should be a good if they take it.

LOL Whatever dude. His defense and technique were horrible in that moment. Bad habits die hard.
If you told me his defense was lacking before the KO I'd 100% agree with you. He wasn't ready for Gannady's speed and he wasn't ready for the time changes Gannady was constantly throwing at him. He tried to make himself Smaller but he couldn't utilize the stance because of the speed difference. When he stood up he put his legs apart to make himself smaller again, and try to keep him out with power shots, this is what a guy like Vitali or Wladimir Klitschko would do, but nobody says that have bad defense now do they? You just watched the fight as a fan, and that's fine, I did too, but I can recognize the decisions these guys make. Ishida was simply outclassed and didn't know what was coming next. When he tried to make the adjustments Gannady was ahead of him. Gannady is an amazing fighter, and Ishida is just good. There's a huge difference in talent, and ring IQ when it comes to these guys. Gannady's ring generalship meant more in this fight than Ishida's length and adjustments. It's not like Ishida wasn't trying different things either, he just was against a better opponent.
Probably Vera.
Vera said he'd prefer to fight Macklin over GGG
Dibella also promotes both Vera and Macklin, so it's more likely that it'll happen over GGG/Vera.
he went for the slip of the cross because he didn't want to get cornered. He didn't expect it right over the top. His decision was sound, but Gannady knew that's how he was going to move and just threw it into him. You don't know **** about boxing because how it ended wasn't even a bad move on Ishida's part. He'd make most fighters look dumb in that situation.
Ganndy is also a master at cutting off the ring, I haven't seen a fighter who can get around it. It's oldschool and it still works. It's probably the best aspect of his game.

Let's see what he says after he receives the juicy offer from HBO.

It was a bad move but that's how he always fights. Just like Khan, these guys don't make specific mistakes they just have poor defense.

He murdered that boy.
But Ishida committed 2 cardinal sins for a taller fighter.
1. Backed straight up
2. Stood straight up
Horrible defense, technique.
