But Gun violations have always been a STRICT thing, doesn't matter rather it's someone carrying a unlicensed gun in Conservative Texas or Liberal Newyork. Exactly. I don't think Guerrero should go to prison for a misunderstanding. I think Guerrero should be locked in a room, by himself, for being too fucking stupid to check (or have someone else check) the gun laws in a state he's traveling to, when he plans to, you know, pack a god damn gun to that state. There is no misunderstanding, ALL OVER THE GUN LICENSES it states that this gun is only licensed and registered in a specific state IE, in Guerrero s case California. Dude is just a bone-head thats all.
