Seems Vitali won't be retiring yet, so maybe the fight will still happen down the line, if Haye has the right ranking.

I don't know why people are so fixated on this fight, move on because I honestly don't think Team Vitali wants the fight, from what I know they told Haye to fight Chisora, then they said he cannot fight him in July 2012 before their September 2012 fight. So if both teams don't want to listen to each other then tough move on.

That's not what he said. He said they had agreed to fight Vitali, but was going to go ahead with Chisora in the meantime. And obviously Vitali wasn't gonna sit around and wait for Haye. He could have lost to Chisora or he could have been injured, anything can happen in boxing that's why you have to focus on one fight at a time. Haye was boxing's biggest joke at the time, he wasn't in the position to make Vitali wait.

The excuse of not signing the contract because he might lose is weak. He signed the Charr fight 1 week before the Haye-Chisora fight. He couldn't wait a week? What's the odds on Klitschko sending an offer when Haye announces his opponent and then start claiming Haye chose that fighter instead of him? Before the Haye-Chisora fight was in play team Klitschko told the world they weren't interested in a Haye fight. They waited until Haye-Chisora was already in play to send an offer, which Haye accepted and team Klitschko pulled out of the fight.
