This is the reason why Tim was able to keep fighting while he was severely hurt. Most meat eating fighters would been knocked out in the first round. A vegan diet is full of alkaline foods with oxygen in them. Bradley has the best body in boxing right now.
1. He's only vegan in training camps. 8 weeks of vegan diet gives you a good chin? :lol1:
2. Conditioning and punch resistance are two different things. For example Provodnikov has great punch resistance but poor conditioning.
3. Bradley does not have the best body in boxing, the man sprained his ankle trying to get away from a Pacquiao flurry.

Uh all foods have oxygen in them. WTF does that have to do with anything?
And (assuming its even true, citrus fruits certainly arent off the top of my head) that all non meat foods are more basic than meats why the **** would it matter when your stomach is highly acidic anyways and it all gets mixed together and broken down by acids?
I was truly impressed with his stamina and his jaw you cant say this man has a glass jaw after taking a beating like that last night and from pacman.
We already knew that Bradley had a granite chin.
Holt hit him with a sledgehammer 4 years ago - by far the biggest punch Bradley has taken in his career and he still got up and dominated Holt.
Another dumbass who thinks hes a nutrition expert. i swear these whole forums are filled with nutrition, condition, and PEDs experts.
Makes you wonder why pros don't come here and get advice from these experts. Think about, it could work wonders for their careers.
When you're on a vegan diet most of your protein comes from Soy, the Soy plant has phytoestrogens which when ingested into the human body acts like the female hormone estrogen, so you're basically poisening yourself. Also explains why he hits like a b1tch.
I am a vegan myself but I don't agree with what you said. The vegan diet is good for your health but it does not do miracles. I don't think Bradley is a full time vegan except when he is in training. Too many meat eating boxers get into fantastic condition for me to believe that only vegans can get in great shape. There is no proof of that. I went on a diet of no animal products years ago and noticed no difference when it come to being in shape. That diet does lower your cholesterol and blood pressure and has other heaith benefits but I doubt it helps you take a punch any better than a non vegan.
bradley won me over last night , he showed a warriors side that few even come through! that alone deserves credit and the way he boxed when nearly out on his feet was nothing short of admirable.props to provodnikov and bradley for the gutsy performance.
What about Ruslan's chin? I know Timmy isn't a power puncher but the guy just walked through some clean punchers without even blinking, has he even been rocked or down in his professional career?
it's also why he punches so weak
vegan diet definitely cleans you up and gives you this unlimited tank(experienced first hand) but you lose some muscle strenght and explosiveness
So it's not that he works damn hard in the gym ?, must be the oxygen in dat veg.
Yeah that's it.
Henry Armstrong, Rocky Marciano, Joe Frazier etc were all actually just closet vegans.
