you guys should research where his roots are from.
The term "cut from a different cloth" pretty much sums it up. He's not your typical irishman. TRUST ME.
As youve probably read he's a "traveler", in Ireland we call then gypsy's, tinkers. They are absolutely NUTS. There has never been a successful irish traveler because most of them spend their whole life on the run, hiding from police/government.
Although Tyson was born in England, his family is from Galway (where i was born). Although this is pretty irrelevant, ive seen travelers fight on the streets before, they DO NOT stop. You a weapon to get them to stop.
His dad was one of the best bare knuckle fighters in all of Ireland. Hes currently serving an 11 year sentence for gouging a mans eye out. Gypsys are nuts man. Their truly programmed differently.
I don't think Fury has a lot of skills, and im not saying if they fought today he would beat either klitschko, but what im trying to say is dont underestimate what this guy can do. Youll NEVER see him go down the way Price went down. Travelers are so f*cking tough man.
If he gets in shape and sharpens up his skills, i really think he could accomplish some things in boxing. 100% serious.

i think he have something to do with the schizophrenia
all this nonsense is like another part of the Star Wars

you already acknowledged that he's surpassed your expectations to anyone who cares to read.
no, you haven't. i've read your posts. sweeping generalized statements, no detailed critical analysis.
i can respect an opinion when it's supported well. critical support is what most of your points lack, not just in discussion of Fury (you carry the same attitude into all conversation). if there are people here who critique with their subjective emotions, you would be one.
but also a perfectly true and fair statement. 20 fights and 24 years deep, who should he have fought by this stage, oh guru? enlighten me. and your reply better consist of more than the name "Price".
i'm pillorying your 'opinion' because there's nothing of substance in your posts to support it. all the exclamation marks in the world won't add any worth to your idle comments.
Fury's done much better for himself than you predicted and you're having kittens over it. :lol1: :lol1:
i didn't have to search for very long, did i? you've been yapping on about Fury for time, examples are abundant and present themselves quite readily.
hahahahahaha. stay furious and keep pounding out those exclamation points, bro. (pun intended)

Reluctant Fury fans: stop being scared to admit the guy has skills!
I happened to see Fury fight first and then saw a short doc about his background and that is what made me convinced. Even without knowing of his background I still would think he had a future just based of his boxing ability.
I saw the gifs of him punching himself in the face before I actually saw him fight, but it wasn't enough to corrupt my impression of him. I didn't even know it was him at first as it was just a random undercard fight that I showed up late to watch but I thought to myself dang this guy is pretty fluid on the inside, who is he? Couldn't believe it was the same guy who almost ko'ed himself. Still not trying to say he is some phenom, but it will be nice to have someone with that style hopefully fighting on the top level. That is how HW are supposed to move.
"Because, at the end of the day, I'm born to fight. In my heart, in my bones, in my blood - there's fighting, there's turmoil, there's everything. In yours, there's **** all. There's little man in a big body with a big pair of ears and a ginger beard."
you've been saying that he should have been dealt with by now in your estimation, yet somehow he hasn't. that's enough acknowledgement right there.
I said I don't have to acknowledge to you.
because you can't.
I already have.
same old lazy arguments. 'Chisora was fat!' duh, so was Fury.
Price wouldn't outjab sh*t. Fury's abilities far exceed that clown's. better jab, more mobile, more versatility (can work inside or out). Price would've gotten KTFO.
That's your opinion which although I don't agree with, I still respect it. You need a tampon when others differs from yours. :lol1:
Fury's competition? he's a 20 fight, 24 y/o prospect. he's far from the finished article, his full potential is far from realized, and his competition has been pretty good relative to his state of development. you're just butthurt 'cause this guy turned out to be considerably better than your slack analytical powers allowed you to perceive.
:lol1: hilarious!!!
seems you're the one who's pum pum is sore over Fury's continuing rise.
I find your anger hilarious. You don't like my opinion and you're having kittens over it. Brilliant!!! Furthermore, you had to search my previous posts to get quotes. The lengths you're going to because you're so upset is brilliant!!!
hahahahahaha :lol1:
Lee's supposedly Fury's cousin, isn't he? his background, his growing up in London etc., tends to slip my mind. was using him as an example of a guy who has a habit of embracing the identity when he steps between the ropes - has the know-how to do somewhat better, but can't help getting into a ruck, hearty, but perhaps short on mental steel. moreover, i was being a little flippant.
Fury's part of a new movement of gyppos who fight with their brains. him and Billy Joe are the future of pikey boxing.
Most travellers seem to be related to each other.
Taking Lee as an example, I think he would box all day if he was allowed to, but he has a poor inside game and terrible defence and he just gets drawn into slugging matches once guys can get inside his jab. His problem to me is not his approach or his mentality, he just doesn't have enough technical ability to avoid these brawls that he's clearly not cut out for.
your post is embarrassing, one of the most inept analyses of a heavyweight talent i've ever seen. but who'd expect different from one who figured David Price was the better bet of the two to succeed.
at least those of us who rate Fury have, in past threads, lengthily detailed the gradual technical and athletic improvement we perceive in Fury.
here's a typical example of your great insight, "How this joke hasn't been exposed yet is beyond me." without realizing it, you're acknowledging that Fury is much better than you believed he was. which doesn't say much for your powers of discernment.
I love these types of responses!!!!!!!!
I'm not acknowledging anything other than he's a a complete joke. I'm not answerable to go into graphic detail to you either. You only have to look at the competition he has fought to see why he hasn't been exposed yet. A fit Chisora would have dealt with him easily. Price would out jab him to a decision too and I don't rate him either.
Don't get your knickers in such a twist although it's hilarious reading your anger. :lol1:
People are on Fury because hes been under the light since his pro debut. Think about it. How many fighters have been as closely watched as hes been from day 1?
Let the dude develop as a fighter for f*ck sake lol
This is true pikey's are tough, born fighters, they aren't to be ****ed with. Another good pikey boxer coming up is billy joe saunders.
People dont truly know man. Theirs 2 types of irish. theirs the duddys and the lees, and the furys lol
Fury is one of thee most extraordinary and layered personalities in the game right now. he has star written all over him. he just needs to keep progressing technically and athletically. he can charm the world.
i hope you are joking.
Travellers grow up tough but saying most of them live their life on the run is a huge exaggeration. A lot of them do end up on the wrong side of the law but a lot of them are fairly ordinary skins as well.
Fighting is a big part of their culture though and that's reflected in the disproportionate number of them who become Olympic level fighters.
Andy Lee is a traveller or 'gyppo Irish' as well.
Its definitely a cultural thing. I am friends with a few travellers and fighting is pretty much indoctrinated into them as soon as they're toddlers.
^^ quoth the guy who used to write entire novels of homoerotic fantasies involving Mayweather fans and still spends his days on a boxing forum arguing with fans of one fighter and derailing threads by replying to them just to flame and start aggro.
did you get turned on writing this filth, Rog?
WTF????? hahahahaha
I'm convinced this is a wind up now!:lol1:

Fury is different. he's Manc Republic Irish/gyppo Irish, not that soft-headed kind of 'we like a scrap and a drink and we'll throw the gameplan out of the window for the sake of a good old tear-up and promoting stereotypes' Andy Lee type of Irish.
Andy Lee is a traveller or 'gyppo Irish' as well.
This thread is embarrassing. Fury is one of the most inept heavyweights I have ever seen. No skill, no brain, no technique and no clue.
It beggars belief when I read how he's improving, charismatic and an up and comer. The guy is an even bigger joke to an already laughable division.
So you don't think he has improved? To me he looks to have improved alot. I don't think he's a joke, he's slimmed down alot, he's young so has alot of potential, he's tough, has decent power, very tall and very big reach and ain't bad foot work for a 6"9 guy since he's lost the weight.
He may be a bit mental but he ain't a joke.

no sh*t. larry's apparently so great that you dedicated part of your sig to him and spend your days stalking him (by your own definition) and derailing threads to get his attention. :lol1:
i think it was actually Burner and Kev, though. whatever Burner's failings are, he got the correlation between junior gong and roger mellie spot on, 100%, to a tee. you did your best to conceal your past, but all the old characteristics have slowly re-emerged over time. you are mellie. suck it up, son.
no moderator is refuting it now. besides, it's been three to four years since Mellie slunk into the background - IP addresses die hard, but sets of distinct characteristics do not.
You're are fvcking mental, smh. Like I said, carry on.
you guys should research where his roots are from.

and you're roger mellie. paranoia has little to do with that conclusion, i'm one of a handful who recall that account and have pulled your card on it.
my reply was a perfectly relevant one - you claimed Fury had been dropped several times, i corrected you.
so, prey tell. am i as as weird as a guy who spends his days on a boxing forum arguing with fans of one fighter and posting homoerotic smut (pure mellie right there, bro). how many threads have you derailed by replying to guys' posts that do not address you directly just to flame and start aggro? how come you reserve such privilege exclusively for yourself?
you'll be dedicating your sig to me next. :)
"one of the best posters on this forum" - junior gong on s. saddler 1310
aaaahahahahahahaha.
Yeah, burner and larryx, so you're in great company there.
This has come up before when I was apparently another poster, and was refuted by the moderator at the time, still crack on, stalky! :gives:
