Toney should retire while he can.

Browne is a huge guy with some very heavy hands but Toney surely even at this stage will have too much for him.

Lol is that how you remember the last few Tyson fights? I recall something different.... Toney is an entertainer, he builds fights up with his trash talk, and he has backed it plenty. The guy is past it now for sure, far beyond shot, but he deserves to fight on for a paycheck if he wants. If he passes all the tests, let him fight, boxing has never been this noble sport where our special warriors get to retire comfortably. Boxers end up broke, the Toneys, RJJ, and Holyfields of the world aren't the first and they damn sure won't be the last guys to box themselves retarded and that is their privilege. Boxing is a rough way to make a living, Toney isn't hurting nobody and he isn't fighting world class guys so I don't see a problem. I agree with this post. It is a bit sad seeing Toney like this, but hey, it's his own choice. He's obviously in money trouble, so what should he do, boxing is what he knows, and he needs to make a living still.

I really can't stand the guy and that's saying a lot considering I'm a big Broner fan. lol There's nothing worse than someone that talks all that sh*t and can't even back it up. On top of it he is very inactive and when he does fight, he fights bums. Honestly,did you really think anyone cared about some shot punch drunk has been who can't even string a sentence together fighting some club fighter who has never beaten anyone? I don't think you should tlk like that. Toney was a first class fighter and it's a shame that he has to keep fighting and looking for few dollars at his age. he must be about 45, and should be long retired. All the same his problem has that since his super-middle days, he's always had too much "down under". It was a huge mistake for him to have ever left Jackie kallen whobrought him to a couple of titles and looked out for him.

So you care about Toney who has been irrelevant for about a half a decade fighting some club fighter?why? He needs to retire and fast because he can't even pronounce a simple sentence.If you were a fan of his you would not want to see him continue fighting. it's not my decision for him to retire, that's his choice. and i'm not like most people on here. i dont care about the well-being of other people. period. i love seeing fighters get brutally knocked out. especially if i'm rooting against them. i like the way people fight. and i might laugh at some of the things they say in interviews. but i don't care about them getting hurt or them as people. if i cared about that, i wouldnt watch boxing. i'd rather watch a fighter like toney beat on a club fighter than hbo's "future of boxing" flavor of the month. at least toney's earned it.
