Team wilder wants Tony Thompson

Which is actually sad. Idk man people can say what they want about Wilder but I just can't see Thompson beating him. Thompson has looked like sh*t vs Wlad and Price (before the KO) IMO. The Price fight didn't last that long so I can't draw much from that fight, I didn't think he was looking great but Price wasn't effective against him either. There ain't no shame in getting shut down by Wlad, which was the obvious outcome of that fight. Thompson for his flaws is among the better heavies out there who isn't the champ, and most guys in the division outside of Wlad would have problems with him, which has been the case for a long time. I like Wilder and I wouldn't pick him to beat Thompson at this point~

Wilder is the most overrated of the HW prospects out there. He only has one tool and that's the right hand. Everything else in his game is so bad. He's stiff in the ring. Has brutal footwork. A non existent jab. They just find bums for him and he knocks them out. I would expect Tony Thompson to beat him. Very few, and very few even believe in him. At least that's what I've seen. I think his power can take him far, but that's yet to be seen.

Good fight for wilder. Maybe they can put it in the canelo undercard.

It's all talk. Wilder is at least 5 fights away from fighting someone of Thompson's level.

good step up but i wouldnt consider it a great fight. thompson literally landed one punch of price. not taking anything away from his victory but it wasnt impressive
