:sigh1:
Supposed to be fighting only twice a year and his first is against Diaz? lame...

"Contract signed and sent in - seems secure"
Seems legit.. Not going to be Lopez in the UK
Khan's fans just want to see him fight and win no matter what the opposition looks like. This is a crappy fight but his fans will pay big bucks to see it. Even though Khan does need more time to get used to his new trainer this fight at a c/w will not help much.
Khan is going to KO Diaz like in a round or two
Julio Diaz?
Never heard of him.
Bradley's trainers brother. The guy who taught Bradley to learn the tricks and rough house.
I think he retired a few years back and was one of the Diaz's with tiles at 135.
Great fight. Khan has proven time and time again that he can't hang with the big guns. The catch-weight won't help the worst chin in boxing though. Can't wait!!!
I don't like this fight but tbf they did offer it to Lopez, Bradley, JMM ect..so better take a sh1t fight in April than no fight if you ask me.
well thats fine but do it at WW
if this is true then this is a weak move by Khan simply for the fact that Diaz isnt good enough for a cw. If you arent sure about yourself at WW but are fighting a solid guy then 143 or 144 makes sense but Diaz "shouldnt" be a threat to Khan so the fight should be at 147.
If someone isnt sure of themself at a higher weight then this is the kinda guy they fight but they do it at the weight. Thats the whole point. It makes no sense to do this. You either fight Diaz at WW or fight a good WW at 143. Just weird

Not only that but 143 is so low and Diaz is so non elite that it still wouldnt prove that he's ready for WW. That means his next fight would probably have to be at the full WW limit against another Diaz type
Diaz has decent power enough to knock Khan out, although Khan also has enough power to knock Diaz out
this fight is actually evenly matched, both have suspect chins
Not sure why people think this is an easy fight for him or Khan is above Diaz, ur giving way too much credit to Khan.
Diaz will come in with the heavy hooks aiming to ctach Khan out. he packs more of a punch than Molina
