DAVID PRICE hopes Tony Thompson gives him more of a fight than Audley Harrison on Saturday.
The unbeaten British heavyweight champion blasted away Harrison in 82 seconds in October and demolished Matt Skelton in two rounds a month later.
But Price, 29, expects a longer fight with former world title challenger Thompson at Liverpool’s Echo Arena as he looks to move up the world rankings.
American Thompson is another forty-something like Harrison and Skelton, but only last July he challenged world No.1 Wladimir Klitschko for his world titles.
Price hopes he can show off his world title credentials with a stylish stoppage, and reckons he will be ready for Klitschko in a year.

I hope this goes into the later rounds. A blowout would tell us little and seeing how Price performs in the later rounds will, as Price said, answer questions about him.
Price is getting knocked out.
Well if you had any points I would gladly bet you on that. But with these statements there must be a reason for that, son. :bottle:
I agree, that would b a good fight. One thought that Chisora won a close fight against Helenius! Problem is that both will probably wait for a Klit fight. Not enough top fighters fight each other. I would favour Price in this fight though!! :boxing:
I agree that price would win but it would definitely be his biggest test.
The only problem with that Chisora/Helenius fight is that Robert said he broke his hand in the 3rd round so was fighting one handed. If he had both hands would Del Boy have done as well as he did?
By the way i thought del boy won that fight but I think Price would be both Robert and Derek but both would be tough and I think tougher than Thompson
I would like to see Price fight Helenius next that would determine where both men are
