I love Sergio.He and Vlad are my favorite fighters. I have sat 15 feet from his greatness ringside and watched a master at work.With that said,I like great fights and great atmospheres for big fights. The atmosphere for Sergio vs Chavez was second to none. Chavez can make it a great fight and an event !!!

Manny was stopped twice before but it was when he was much younger and it was a body shot that stopped him in those fights. Its much easier for a young man to comeback form those kinds of knockouts especially at that age. But after getting KTFO like he was against Marquez and after a 16 or 17 year career its a much different story. I doubt Manny will ever be the same a ko like that takes a lot out of a person. IMO JMM stops Manny again, I hate to say it but Manny is damaged goods now. I know, everyone has seen the slide in Manny and his chin is probably done for, I agree, I think all those wars and taking heavy punches has taken its toll on him, but I thought we were talking mentality here? Gunshy like is he scared to pull the trigger after that KO? I doubt it, I think it showed after he was knocked out he laughed it off and gave the gesture basically of "eh Sh1t happens, if you fight you can't be scared to lose" mentality, so I doubt he will be scared to pull the trigger, its why people fell in love with him in the first place becaus4e of his fearless style. I just don't like the rematch, I think its done already, I have never seen a boxer ever comeback from that type of KO before. I doubt Manny can do it against a guy who has his number and gives him his toughest fights and already knows he can KO him. People keep talking bout the knockout punch, the punch that shocked me was the first knock down that same looping right hand Marwquez landed many times, it dropped Pac hard. That is probably the sign that Pac's chin is dust now, its already cracked.

Tough to say. Like some stated, he really only knows one way to fight -- and that's all out. So if I had to place money on it, I'd say no, he won't be gun shy. BUT...if he is, he should just hang it up. Seeing a gun shy Manny Pacquiao would be sad.

That's gotta be in the back of his mind. He got dropped hard in the third then got KO in the 6th.

If he just throws that left straight and gets out of the way like he was doing in the first round and just do it for 12 rounds picking his punches similar to how he did against OScar he could have won a wide UD against Marquez, but Pacman is an entertainer, that means he feels he has a duty to give the fans a show and he says it all the time he wants the fans to be entertained so he tries his hardest to go for the KO when he hurts a guy. I don't think he will be gunshy, but he needs to be more conservative and wise, he shouldn't rush Marquez wild again when he has him gushing blood and breathing heavy, he should have just went to the body there. I just think Manny's one of the few warriors left in boxing who are at a high level and would rather get knocked out than bore the fans by not pulling the trigger. If you noticed Pacmans only boring fights are all the opponents fault, they run away from him or cover up, when he has a guy who has balls and wants to win as much as he does the fights are awesome. Don't forget Marquez knows he can knockout Pacman now and take his best punches, so Marquez might be the one who gets overconfident this time around. Pac KO's JMM in 5th fight. He had JMM reeling and hurt badly.JMM had his nose broke. He landed the "highlight shot" for the KO when Pac let down his guard. I ,for one, want to see this fight alomst as badly as Sergio v Chavez II.

I actually think Marquez will be the one who will be careful and cautious and be a counterpuncher, because that is what enabled him to land those two well placed right hands. Stepped back and caught him after that little feint. The first one was a perfectly timed counterpunch after a purposely false punch. Intelligent counterpunching won Marquez this fight, and look for him to do it again. When he traded with Pacquiao, that's when he got in trouble.

Definitely something to look out for. There's also the possibility that Pacquao looks back at how he had Marquez all busted up and hurt and just cranks it up without any care of getting caught at all, in hopes of him knocking out Marquez instead. This is a very dangerous fight for Marquez, IMO it's more dangerous for Marquez than Pacquiao. I'm not looking too much in to the KD and the KO punch.
