That state of affairs does not apply to a single one of the examples you listed. You're right, the state of affairs doesn't apply for my examples. It's even worse in the case of Floyd since 154 lbs is his 5th division and now people want him to fight the middleweight champ. In none of my examples fighters were coming from so low in weight.

He is talking about Alexander only and you misunderstood him. He knows who Floyd's opponent will probably be and he stated quite clearly that Alexander is fighting Brook. He wants Floyd to announce the fight when he is ready and the contracts are signed. I think it will be Guerrero.
