Russell Jr. is 25 still fighting bums. Not worth his hype. He's the new Berto, when he steps up in competition I bet anything he will lose. Why is every African American rising start the next berto?? Smh

For a guy as highly rated as Russell he really needs to fight someone with a pulse. It makes me think the rumors of his brittle hands are what is keeping him from facing a tough journeyman. I never heard of him having hand problems...?

Not a bad fight. He gave Burgos fits. Its a step up. Just not as big of step as most would like. But not a bad fight at this point. Meh. They said he would step up this year and this is definitely not a step up. How is Russell Jr supposed to beat someone like Ponce or Gonzalez or Salido or Garcia fighting bums? He needs to gradually step up and he's not doing so. He's got the skills and athleticism to do it so wth are they doing with him? If he doesn't step up this year or his next fight Im gonna have to stop supporting him... It's kinda annoying.
