I people in PR expect him to be like Tito and be overly friendly and be about the PR not himself or his family, the fact is Cotto is a simple, quiet and reserve family man, something that can be perceive as being arrogant especially when you are shy like Cotto seem to be.

The thing that I didn't like about Cotto was the low blows and fouling in the Judah fight. That was just horrible from Cotto.

People dont like him because they want everyone to be like Tito, smiling all the time. Anyone that knows him from the days he was in school they will tell you that he has been the same person always. I remember people whining about him not giving autograph or taking picture. The guy wants to have his private life and not be bother. He loves PR and he is proud of representing us. Cotto Seems a genuine guy to me. Never tries to be something he isn't. He comes across as a family man who needs u to earn his trust before he opens up and a man who enjoys some privacy, nothing wrong with that, he's a Fighter not a contestant on Big Brother!
