Wlad has been a good champion. Its not his fault the era he has ruled has been so weak. But should this fight really be for the heavyweight championship of the world? You can't complain about Wlad racking up defenses against weak comp when they're (in this day and age) top contenders who have beaten other contenders and/or top 20 fighters. But guys like Wach, and now Pianeta should be non title fights. I have no problem with Wlad trying to stay busy, but padding your defenses against no hopers who haven't earned the privledge of fighting tor the championship is cheap. I see the usual suspects trying to make this guy out to be a respectable opponent. They gloat that he's undefeated, big and in his prime. But when you dig a little deeper you realize he has fought a few washed up fighters and guys who won't even be considered journeymen in a couple of years. His best win is a draw against Sosnowski and he is 3-3-1 since they fought. And you you watch Pianeta fight he's slow and amateurish. This should be a non title fight. It will be nothing more than a sparring match until Wlad drops the hammer on him.

I know you can't respond to the facts, but quit with the trolling. I enjoy educating you and would hate to put you on iggy again because you're having a childish meltdown.

*=no probs pal. that's not short for 'proven possibility', btw (whatever that means, that ol' chestnut)

Pink dress cannot speak for himself at this point in time, so his mistress is yelling at me instead :booty: its 'Klitschko in the pink dress' to you. It suits his choice of opponent, no? There are probs many female boxers who could beat Pianeta.
still ignoring the facts. ok. pattern there.
Thank you. Only a total fool would not understand this. Nice ownage!

If Boxing teaches us anything.. It's that there are no guarantees.
Wald is the champ.. Every fight he fights is for the championship.. I mean what happens if Pianeta pulls off the upset.. Would that mean he is NOT the champ for beating the champ?
The question is.. Does Pianeta deserve a shot?.. Not really.. But who is left? The only fight that hasn't been made is Povetkin and it's not for a lack of trying.
You can't blame Wlad for wanting to stay active and to cash in..
hes repeating the three facts because you called the three facts pure speculation. You seem to be slow on picking up on that, or deliberately ignoring that they are facts. Perhaps he should repeat them again since you ignored them again.
Pianeta is a joke, pure and simple. Selecting someone you've rejected as a sparring partner for a defence of world titles. You could do better going into a local gym in Crawley and picking an opponent there.

Dodging my arguments again, I see. Keep repeating yourself, you silly parrot. :owned:

Speculation? So its not a fact he is highly rated by all orgs, was a former title holder, is a known commodity and is seeking another Klit fight? Lol, ok whatever you say! :lol1:

The fact of the matter is that Haye is a legitimate threat to Klitali and that's why the Klit Lemmings are so bitter about him.
It's ok for the Klits to fight the Wach's and Pianeta's of this world but refuse to accept Haye as a dance partner.
It's a fact that you're basing your argument on speculation. Haye dragged the Wlad fight on for a couple years, and kept ducking Vitali. He doesn't just jump on a Klitschko fight. That's a fact.

No, its a fact he's rated, held a title and is a known commodity. Its also a fact he's seeking another Klit fight.

I bet David Haye would take another Wlad fight in the blink of an eye. He's rated, has held a paper title, and he's a known commodity.
Pure speculation.
Very slim. Wlad will knock him out in less than 5 rounds I think. Then again it was a major surprise that Witherspoon was competitive with Holmes, so strange things happen in this sport.
It was a strange thing Spoon was competitive because he was inexperienced and not well know. After seeing his skills though it really isn't surprising. While not an ATG, I'd say Tim could be a contender at the least in any era. Judging the skills I've seen from Pianeta I can't say the same thing. There is of course that chance, slim as you've said, that Pianeta shines against Wlad though win or lose. If that the case I'm gonna be eating my words.
If Pianeta gives a good account of himself showing the same type of skill level as Witherspoon than I will publicly apologize on this forum for criticizing both him and Wlad. I always keep my word, but what do you think the chances of that happening really are?

What if Pianeta gives a good account of himself against Wlad just as Witherspoon did against Holmes? It IS possible. It's not fair to just say that Witherspoon is above Pianeta without using the same standard of measurement IMO.

I'm honestly not sure. But given how he fought against Holmes, I'd say its a reasonable assumption he was pretty skilled before that and just needed experience.
